2、行桥,跨径为1-16m,与老桥平行,两桥净距。老桥面宽度为护栏+1m人行道+9m行车道+1m人行道+0.5m 护栏,全宽 12m。人行桥全宽4m,断面为护栏+3m人行道+护栏。老桥为单跨22m钢架拱桥,下部结构采用重力式桥台。根据该桥检测结果,拟对老桥拆除重建,人行桥为新建桥梁,仅拆除南侧护栏,保留护栏基座。2、改造方案拆除老桥,保留新建人行桥。跨径为1-25 米预制空心板梁,下部结构采用重力式夹石混凝土桥台及钢筋混凝土承台,基础采用12 根桩径为米的钻孔灌注桩。二、实施条件1、现场条件:现场条件已具备。2、法规条件:(1)、招标文件、工程量清单、施工图纸;(2)、我公司管理体系中有关工程设计

10、)、首先熟悉图纸,弄清结构情况、水电及设备管道情况,地下隐蔽设施情况。(2)、对施工员进行安全技术交底加强安全意识。(3)、踏看施工现场熟悉周围环境、场地、道路、水电设备管路、建筑物情况等。(4)、清理施工场地,保证运输道路畅通。(5)、在拆除危险区设置警戒区标志。3、机械设备的准备:挖机、破碎机、运输车、拖车4、注意事项垃圾集中堆放,统一运走。运土杂料的汽车进出场应严格按市城管办的有关规定办理手续,对出场车辆一律冲洗清理车轮车身。施工时注意防噪、降尘措施,避免影响环境及施工的正常进行。拆除旧桥梁时,开挖之前和掘路期间必须与当地路政密切联系,互相配合,认真保护各种管线和公用设施,不得任意损坏,
11、如临时发现电缆应即停止开掘,负责保护并立即与有关管线单位联系,洽商安全措施。二、老桥拆除工程1、拆除原则:该桥临近居民区,桥址处交通繁忙,且要保留人行桥,老桥拆除难度高、风险大,施工安全要求高。为确保老桥拆除安全、快捷,特制定拆桥方案。总体原则为:安全第一、施工有序、平衡对称、化整为零。2、施工技术方案:老桥为单跨桁架拱,由于该河道不存在通航要求,并且有规划河道断面,在桥梁施工完毕后,需要对河道按照规划断面进行清淤处理。综合各方面因素考虑,我项目部将采用破除拱桥着力点,利用桥梁自重让桥梁整体坍塌至河道的拆桥方案。(一)施工顺序精品w o r d 可编辑资料-第 3 页,共 31 页-文档编码:

26、地点,并用打捞船清理河道中遗留的碎落物,还原河床断面,与环卫部门联系,弃运到环卫部门指定地点。三、桥梁工程1、施工准备施工前对施工所征用的土地的数量、地界进行核实,对施工可能影响到的建筑物、管线做好规避措施,根据实地情况确定出碴线路、弃碴方案以及防排水措施。认真检查施工所需要的材料、机具设备的完好性、使用功能和质量是否满足施工要求以及保证工期的需要,施工保障是否到位。2、钻孔灌注桩施工钻孔场地平整钻孔前平整场地,清除杂物,换除软土,夯打密实。钻机底座应置于坚实的填土上,以免产生不均匀沉降。场地的大小要能满足钻机的放置及混凝土运输设备等协调工作的要求。护筒埋设护筒用 58mm 的钢板制作,护筒内
27、径较桩径稍大3040cm。护筒的埋设深度不小于,护筒顶端高出地下水位,同时高出施工地面。护筒埋设应准确、稳定,护筒中心与桩位中心的偏差不得大于50mm,倾斜度偏差不大于1%,保证钻机沿着桩位垂直方向顺利工作,存储泥浆使其高出地下水位和保护桩孔顶部土层不致因钻杆反复上下升降、机身振动而导致坍孔。钻机就位立好钻架并调整和安设好起吊系统,将钻头吊起,徐徐放进护筒内。启动卷扬机把钻盘吊起,垫方木于钻盘底座下面,将钻机调平并对准钻孔,安装钻精品w o r d 可编辑资料-第 5 页,共 31 页-文档编码:CE8T8H2R3X8 HS9A3D1M9L4 ZR4T9S1I3Q9文档编码:CE8T8H2R3
