1、金属镁一体化工程50 万吨/年 PVC装置乙炔系统单元建筑工程-乙炔发生 a/b高大模板专项施工方案编制:审核:批准:中国化学工程第七建设有限公司格尔木工程工程部二 O一二年五月1/33 目录第一节、工程简况一、工程简况1 概述乙炔系统单位工程乙炔发生a/b 二个子单位工序结构形式、几何尺寸相同,上部结构为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,轴线尺寸为1轴11轴(70m)/A轴F轴(30m),共 6个结构层,檐口高 23.7m,单栋建筑面积约 5840M2,其中 2层、4层、5层结构为纯框架梁,故模板施工中一层满堂支撑架搭设高度需从基坑底至3层梁、板;二层满堂支撑架的搭设需从 3层梁、板至 6层梁、板。具

27、楼板模板拆除应先拆除水平拉杆,然后拆除板模板支柱,每排留12根支柱暂不拆,操作人员应站在已拆除的空隙,拆去近旁余下的支柱使木档自由坠落,再用钩子将模板钩下。等该段的模板全部脱落后,集中运出集中堆放,木模的堆放高度不超过2M。楼层较高,支模采用双层排架时,先拆除上层排架,使木档和模板落在底层排架上,上层模板全部运出后再拆底层排架,有对拉螺栓的应先拆除穿墙螺杆,再拆除梁侧模和底模。(7)当立柱的水平拉杆超过 2层时,应首先拆除 2层以上的拉杆。当拆除最后一道水平拉杆时,应和拆除立柱同时进行。(8)当拆除 48m跨度的梁下立柱时,应先从跨中开始,对称地分别向两端拆除。拆除时,严禁采用连梁底板向旁侧拉

43、及时的抢救伤员,防止事故的扩大,减少经济损失,保护生态环境和资源,把事故降低到最小程度,制定本预案。2、应急领导小组及其职责应急领导小组由组长、副组长、成员等构成。(1)领导各单位应急小组的培训和演习工作,提高应变能力。(2)当发生突发事故时,负责救险的人员、器材、车辆、通信和组织指挥协调。(3)负责准备所需要的应急物资和应急设备。(4)及时到达现场进行指挥,控制事故的扩大,并迅速向上级报告。3、应急反应预案(1)事故报告程序事故发生后,作业人员、班组长、现场负责人、工程部安全主管领导应逐级上报,并联络报警,组织抢救。(2)事故报告事故发生后应逐级上报:一般为现场事故知情人员、作业队、班组安全
