28、了我们的创业计划,说明我们的创业还是可行的,这样实行下去的风险就会减少很多,尤其是对我们大学生创业来说;第二个融资方案是商业银行融资,因为那时候我们有了一定的硬资产作抵押,银行愿意与我们合作;第三个融资方案是股票融资,因为那时我们公司有了一定的资产与知名度,通过股票融资可以分散公司风险,扩大企业外部影响,提高企业资本变现能力,降低企业负债比率提高企业偿债能力,增加企业投资能力。(四)管理战略1.制度管理有上层员工和下层员工上下班制度,工资制度,利润分配制度,仓库管理制度度和值班制度。2.书籍管理我们基本会将在校大学生各专业所需的书籍写成数据库的形式链接到网上去,然后再给出相应的库存价格和库存信

36、足也可能导致整个项目的失败,而且对市场的运作不够了解,怎样才能更好的在市场上拥有属于自己的天地,还是我们值得探究和学习的地方。中期的风险主要在于管理和政策,因为那时候我们已经将市场推广到了整个山西省,代理商也会相应的增多,如何有效地管理,增加业绩将会成为一大障碍,而且随着市场的扩大,一旦政府推出某政策说今后的学习都改成在线学习,那我们的旧书销售就会急剧下降,我们的主要收入来源就一天不如一天了。后期的风险主要在于财务,技术,市场,管理,竞争,资金撤出以及政策这几大方面,管理和政策同上,这里就不多说了,我们的大部分财务都变成了用来出售的实物,所以公司一旦发生紧急情况,需要现金的时候可能就会出现问题
37、,导致公司强行发行股票,或者低价出售一部分硬资产解决问题,后期的网站会做的比较大,而且设计的领域比较广泛,竞争就会比较激烈,所以在技术上不能落后,必须走在社会前沿,这样才能使公司有优势,处于有利的竞争环境,最后要说的就是关于资金撤出的问题,如果公司做失败了,如何使公司的损失降到最低是资金撤出主要关注的问题,毕竟做任何事情都不会百分之百成功,要为自己留一条后路。2.应急计划如果遇到专业上的问题,请教关于这方面的专家,让他们为我们分析指导;如果是管理上的问题,那么就派相关人士去相关的企业进行互相交流与学习,看别人的管理方法是否能派上用场,如果不能,我们能否在他的方法上做些改进,然后再运用到本公司上
