17、脚全脚着地。需步:后退屈蹲,大腿斜向地面(高于水平),脚跟与臀部基本垂直,脚尖斜向前,全脚着地;前腿稍屈,用前脚掌、脚跟或全脚着地。仆步:一腿全蹲,全脚着地,脚尖稍外展;另一腿自然伸直于体侧,接近地面,全脚着地,脚尖内扣。开立步:两脚平行开立,宽不过肩,两腿直立或屈蹲。半马步:前脚直向前,后脚横向外,两脚相距约两至三脚长,全脚着地。两腿屈蹲,大腿高于水平,体重略偏于后退。丁步(点步):一腿屈蹲,全脚着地,另一腿屈收,脚停于支撑脚内侧或侧前、侧后约10 厘米处,前脚掌虚点地面。横裆步(侧弓步):两脚左右开立,同弓步宽,脚尖皆向前。一腿屈蹲,膝与脚尖垂直,另一腿自然伸直。在人体解剖图前,讲解肌肉与
