2、城市和东北重要地中心城市.国电吉林热电厂占地面积63.12 万平方M.松花江由东向西在厂区南侧0.5km 处流过,水利资源丰富,是全国少有地不缺水城市之一.现有供热式汽轮发电机组11 台,燃煤锅炉13 台,总装机容量为1025MW(1-4 号机 4 35MW、5-7号机 3 65MW、8-9 号机 2 125MW、10-11 号机 2 220MW),锅炉总蒸发量4410t/h,工业供汽能力 1048t/h,采暖供热能力952MW.吉林热电厂1-5 号机组已经关停,冬季运行中在保证采暖地情况下,6、7号机单机可抽生产抽汽120t/h;8、9 号机单机可抽出生产抽汽40 t/h,这样冬季供热期内生

10、减去已有地抽汽量320 t/h,生产抽汽缺口145t/h.1-5 号机关停后一、二套热网系统采暖抽汽量缺口200t/h.冬季抽汽缺口345 t/h.为确保供热市场不丢失,不会影响吉林市江北地区其它大型企业正常生产秩序.鉴于以上原因,加装2 台减温减压器,1 台用于生产抽汽减压,1 台用于采暖抽汽减压,保证生产抽汽及采暖抽汽地正常供给.根据上述情况,在国电吉林热电厂汽机厂房内安装两台减温减压器及系统(包括该工程设计、采购、土建、安装、施工、调试).二、编制依据:2.1减温减压装置(JB/T6323-2002)2.2火力发电厂焊接技术规程(DL/T869-2012)2.3现场设备、工业管道焊接工程

19、H8M9H9 HN1A3Q4H5M8 ZO10I5M5B8N8文档编码:CQ10S8H8M9H9 HN1A3Q4H5M8 ZO10I5M5B8N8三、施工顺序本工程管道施工有以下施工节点:1、首先安装生产抽汽与采暖抽汽减温减压器,在基础施工结束后,检验基础符合标准后安装减温减压器;2、分别安装减温减压器入口、出口管道,同时进行设备、管道地防腐、支吊架安装工作,若工期紧张可先行进行管道地保温,焊口等待检部分口预留,检验完成后再保温;3、产抽汽、采暖抽汽碰头,减温减压器出口管分别与生产抽汽管线、采暖抽汽管线碰头,在管线安装组焊后分别停运外生产抽汽、采暖抽汽外管网,所有碰头准备工作应万无一失,经建设

20、单位审批施工方案后实施;4、减温减压器入口管道碰头,由于减温器地入口参数为高温高压,各施工器具应准备齐全,尤其是热处理设备,在焊接前可进行焊接工艺评定,符合后编制焊接工艺卡,经批准后实施;5、可以根据工期要求投入人力、物力,保质、保量保工期完成任务.管材到现场后及时进行防腐施工,现场预制部份管材暂不做防腐,预制完成后补做.节点处工作面必须足够大保证施工需要.6、热控与电气部分地施工在减温减压器施工结束后进行,各基础、设备支架应符合标准规定,取源部件与主体同时施工,包括防腐及保温,在试压时做好相应部件地保护工作.工程组经营组物资供应组办公室财务组质量检验组安全保卫组工程经理部各专业操作班组文档编

28、如与施工管线相碰,通知建设单位确认后协商解决.4.2 施工人员、机械设备、材料进入现场具备连续施工条件,图纸会审、施工方案及技术交底等各项准备工作完成后,向建设单位提出开工申请,建设单位同意开工后,发出开工令,开始施工.4.3 施工前,应对施工范围内地地上、地下障碍物进行现场核查,逐项查清障碍物构造情况,以及与管网工程地相对位置关系.土方施工时,制定保护范围内地各种障碍物地技术措施,应分别取得所属单位地同意和配合;应保证管道及构筑物地正常使用和安全;保证各种电缆地正常使用和安全;保证各相邻建筑物在施工中和施工后,不至发生沉降、倾斜、塌陷.4.4 先进行管道设备地布线,管道支座地浇筑、养护合格后
