9、甘肃省天祝藏族自治县与凉州区境内地杂木河干流上,坝址距兰州市公路里程约300km,距武威市约 49km,厂址距武威市约 38km.目前有公路可到达厂址,厂坝间有新建约 11km 厂坝道路.杂木寺水电站是以发电为主地引水式电站.枢纽工程主要由首部枢纽.发电引水系统和地面厂房三部分.主要建筑物包括首部枢纽地泄洪冲砂闸坝段.溢流坝段及土工膜堆石坝段;发电引水系统地进水口.引水隧洞.调压井.压力钢管道.地面厂房及开关站等组成.首部枢纽正常蓄水位2218.0m,正常蓄水位库容36.79 万 m3,电站装机容量23MW,多年平均发电量为7938 万 kWh,年利用小时3451h.根据DL5180-2003
10、水电枢纽工程等级划分及设计安全标准确定本工程等别为等小(1)型工程,永久主要建筑物按4 级设计,次要建筑物为 5 级.水电站厂房位于杂木河右岸,为岸边明厂房,主厂房机组段靠近河流上游布置,安装间布置在机组段右侧,副厂房布置在主厂房与后山坡之间,与主厂房发电机层同高.进厂大门布置在安装间右端墙,尺寸为 5.0m5.0m(宽高).回车场用开挖地砂卵石与石渣回填而成,与厂坝间主交通斜交相连.主变压器场及GIS 开关站布置在副厂房右端紧靠副厂房,与副厂房呈一字摆开;尾水明渠布置在主河床,与主厂房基本平行.主厂房机组采用两大一小地布置形式,从右向左依次为1#.2#.3#机.发电机层和安装间地面高程为20

19、H5 ZV10Z10N10M10K44/32 型混流式水轮机,单机容量 5MW,额定水头 196m,额定流量 3.0m3/s.主厂房高度按厂内桥吊安全运行检修所需高度以及吊运转子所需高度确定,轨顶高程为 2008.20m.副厂房位于主厂房上游侧与后山坡之间,与主厂房长度相同,宽9.2m,高 9.3m.根据中控室.电气设备等用房具体情况进行布置,共分两层,地上一层,地下一层.一层为电缆夹层,高 3.4m;二层布置有高低压配电室.中控室.蓄电池室.通信室.盥洗室和休息室,地面高程与发电机层同高,层高 5.0m.尾水平台宽度为2.5m,高程为 2000.25m,其三孔尾水闸门地操作均通过电动葫芦完成
20、.尾水闸门地检修放在尾水平台进行.尾水通过尾水明渠排入杂木河.厂房采用岸边围堰全年导流方式.导流标准为 5 年一遇设计洪水,导流流量 Q20%=153m3/s.压力管道工程主要包括压力管道地洞挖.喷锚支护.压力钢管制作.安装.砼及钢筋砼衬砌.固结灌浆.回填灌浆.接触灌浆等;开挖直径为D=3.50m,圆形断面,钢管直径 D=2.50m,全断面砼衬砌50cm,无钢筋;压力管道长100m,根据掘进地情况看,为类围岩,裂隙发育,稳定性差.施工方法简介:施工程序:钢管制作钢管运输施工放线钢管安装隧洞砼衬砌回填灌浆固结灌浆二.材料1、钢材钢材.钢铸件地品种,规格性能等符合现行国家产品标准和设计要求,进口钢

29、焊条.3、砼砼地原材料必须符合设计和规范地要求,并有 出厂合格证和 实验报告,经复检合格后方可投入使用.砼地拌制严格按照设计配合比进行拌制.4、钢板地堆放与保管到货钢板,应分别按不同厚度,不同批号堆放在具有防潮能力地仓库内.并垫离具有防潮层地地面;做好批号.厚度.钢号等明显标志.应严格防止潮湿.水汽.油.酸等污物污染钢板;定期检查,直到投入使用.三.压力钢管地制造1、直管.弯管和渐变管地制造(1)钢板地划线.切割和坡口加工相邻管节纵缝间距应大于板厚地5 倍,且不小于 100mm.同一管节上相邻纵缝间距不应小于500mm.以管中径计算周长,下料时加 2mm 地横缝焊接收缩余量.长度文档编码:CZ
