10、9第一章人事管理制度一、人员的雇佣、解雇、合同续签第一条有下列事情之一者,不得予以任用:(一)剥夺公权、尚未恢复者;(二)曾犯刑事案件,经判刑确定者;(三)通缉在案,尚未撤消者;(四)吸食鸦片或其它毒品者;(五)身体有缺陷、或健康状况欠佳,难以胜任工作者;(六)未满十六周岁者。第二条公司有权辞退不合格的员工。员工有辞职的自由。但均须按本制度规定履行手续。第三条试用人员在试用期内辞职的,应提前三天向厂办提出辞职报告,到公司综合办办理辞职手续。用人部门辞退试用期人员,须填报“辞退员工审批表”,经由总经理与常务副总经理批准后到综合办办理辞退手续。第四条合同期内员工辞职的,必须提前30 天向公司提出辞

11、职报告,由用人部门签署意见,由总经理与常务副总经理批准,在员工办理好各项工作交接手续后,由综合办给予办理辞职手续。(对于不同岗位工作交接手续的办结标准和办结事项,参照相关岗位职责。)第五条员工或用人部门认为其现工种不适合的,可向综合办申请由总经理与常务副总经理批准在公司内部调换另一种工作。在调换新工作半年后仍不能胜任工作的,公司有权予以解聘、辞退。第六条员工必须服从组织安排,遵守各项规章制度,凡有违反并经教育不改者,公司有权予以解聘、辞退。第七条公司对辞退员工应持慎重态度。用人部门无正当理由不得辞退合同期未满的员工。确需辞退的,必须填报“辞退员工审批表”,提出辞退理由,经综合办核实,经由总经理

19、X10R7 ZC4G8F3G8J3文档编码:CX10G7X10J2R7 HW7W6I10X10R7 ZC4G8F3G8J3理批准后,通知被辞退的员工到综合办办理辞退手续。未经综合办核实和由总经理与常务副总经理批准的,不得辞退。辞退员工,公司必须提前30 天通知被辞退者。第八条聘(雇)用期满,合同即告终止。员工或公司不续签聘(雇)用合同的,到综合办办理终止合同手续。第九条员工严重违反规章制度、后果严重或者违法犯罪的,公司有权予以开除。第十条员工辞职、被辞退、被开除或终止聘(雇)用,在离开公司以前,必须交还公司的一切财物、文件及业务资料,并移交业务渠道。否则,综合办不予办理任何手续,给公司造成损失

20、的,应负赔偿责任。第十一条按照劳动合同法规定,公司与员工协议续签劳动合同的,公司将在员工原劳动合同期满前 30 天向员工发出书面续签合同的通知,员工需在通知发出后及时到厂办办理合同续签手续;若员工以各种理由拖延至合同期满前一天,仍不提出与工厂续签合同,则合同期满后视为该员工自愿放弃与公司续签劳动合同,公司将为其办理合同期满后的离职手续。第十二条公司对被辞退及未获公司续聘的员工,按劳动合同法相关规定,给予经济补偿金。第十三条除管理层外的操作工人的雇佣与辞退等手续一律由厂办给予办理。二、待遇第十四条本厂员工之待遇除另有规定外,悉依本章各条办理。本厂员工工资按工作性质分为:计时工资和计件工资。第十五

29、的,产假90天,其中产前休假15天;生育时难产的(如剖腹产、III 度会阴破裂等)可增加产假30天;产假期满后若有实际困难,经本人申请,总经理与常务副总经理批准,可请哺乳假至婴儿1周岁,哺乳期间发给75%的基础工资。产假期间,基础工资照发,不影响原有福利待遇。(5)员工的直系亲属(父母、配偶和子女)死亡时,丧假3天;异地奔丧的适当另给路程假。假期内工资和津贴照发。(6)病假:员工请病假,须持医院证明(指定的医疗保健单位,急诊除外),并经主管上级核准。病假休假时间累计计算,两个半休算一天。员工病假期间只发给基础工资,具体按如下执行:病假在1个月以上2个月以内的按下列标准发放(按现行基础工资标准计

30、算):1年工龄(指参加工作后的工龄,以下同)的发60%,2年工龄发70%,3年工龄发80%,4年工龄发90%,5年工龄发100%;病假超过 2 个月的,从第三个月起按下列标准发放:1 年工龄发 50%,2 年工龄发 60%,3 年工龄发 70%,4 年工龄发 80%,5 年工龄发 90%;病假超过 6 个月的,从第七个月起按下列标准发给:工龄不满5 年的发 50%,工龄 5年以上的发80%。(7)员工申请事假,须提前提出书面申请,事假期间工资待遇如下发放:三天以内扣发当天基础工资;当月累计超过三天,扣发当天基础工资和考核工资的5%;五天以上,扣当日基础工资和全部考核奖励工资。三、人员培训制度精

38、C4G8F3G8J3文档编码:CX10G7X10J2R7 HW7W6I10X10R7 ZC4G8F3G8J3为提高本厂员工素质,充实其知识与技能,以增进工作质量及绩效,特制定本制度。第十七条厂务部负责内容:(1)全厂共同性培训课程的举办、材料的编撰与修改;(2)全厂年度、月份培训课程的拟定、呈报;(3)各类培训制度的制订及修改及审议;(4)培训实施情况的督导、跟踪、考核;(5)外聘讲师的联系和招待安排;(6)全厂外派培训人员的审核与办理;(7)外派受训人员所携书籍、资料与书面报告的管理;(8)其他有关人才发展方案的拟定与执行;(9)各项培训计划费用预算的拟定。第十八条各部门负责内容:a)全年度

39、培训计划汇总呈报;b)专业培训规范制定及修改,讲师或助教人选的推荐;c)内部专业培训课程的举办及成果汇报;d)专业培训教材的编撰与修改;e)受训员工完训后的督导与追踪,以确保培训成果。第十九条培训计划的拟订:各部门依据岗位的需要和市场、生产发展情况,拟定各类人员培训方案,作为培训实施之依据。厂办应就各部门所提出的培训需求,汇编“年度培训计划表”,呈报总经理核签。各项培训课程提报呈核后,厂办应于定期内通知有关部门及人员。临时培训课程,亦需填写“员工培训申请”,呈核后实施。第二十条培训主办部门应依据“年度培训计划表”和“员工培训申请”按期实施并负责该项培训之全盘事宜,如培训场地安排、教材分发、教具

48、时,主办部门应视实际需要分发“在职培训意见调查表”,供学员填写后与测验卷一并收回,并汇总学员意见,报公司综合办。(2)厂办对各部评估培训的成效,分析员工培训反馈的情况,比较培训费用,并做书面报告,报总经理签字后,分送各部及有关人员作为再举办培训的参考。第二十五条外派培训:(1)因工作需要外派培训员工,应填写“员工培训申请表”,呈报厂长签字批准,再经由总经理核准后方可外派受训,并依人事管理规章办理考勤手续。(2)外派受训人员返回后,应将受训之书籍、教材及资格证件等有关资料送厂办归档保管,其受训成绩亦应登录于员工培训档案。(3)如有需要,外派受训人员应将受训所学知识整理成册,列为讲习教材,并举办讲
