5、lsexceptfortherequirementsoflocalregulationifvesselshapeissimilartopressurevessels.本标准也可用于外形与压力容器一样的非压力容器。Thedefinitionofpressurevesselsshallbeinaccordancewith“ThePressureVesselsSafetyTechnologySupervisionProceduresinthePeoplesRepublicofChina.压力容器的限度按照中国的“压力容器平安技能监视次第停顿。Thisspecificationdoesnotapply

11、ismicProtectionCodeforPetrochemicalEquipmentHG3048-1996石化装备地震保护标准Vendorshallberesponsibleformakingallaspectsofmaterials,design,fabrication,inspectionandtestingconformtotherequirementsofthespecifiedcodes,standardsandlocalregulations.卖方担负按照指定的标准、标准跟所在规章的恳求供给材料、打算、制造、检测及试验。Wherethereareconflictsbetween
12、therequirementsinPurchasersdrawings/specificationsandthespecifiedcodes/standardsorlocalregulations,theorderofprecedenceshallbeasfollows:假设买方图纸/标准同指定的标准、标准或所在规章之间存在冲突,按以下先后次第加以恪守:(1)Localregulations所在规章(2)Engineeringdrawings工程图纸(3)Engineeringspecifications工程标准(4)Codesandstandards标准跟标准Insuchacase,Vend
13、orshallpromptlyrefertheconflictstoPurchaserinwritingtoobtainingPurchasersinstruction.在此情况下,卖方需及时书面通知买方以获得买方教唆。Units单位Unlessotherwisespecified,SIunitsshallbeappliedasthemeasurementsystemforthedrawingsanddocumentstobesubmitted.However,nominalsizesofpipingcomponentsshallbeinaccordancewithinchsystem.除非另
14、有规那么,图纸及文件中所提及的单位均为国际制。但是,管道部件的公称尺寸应符合英制1.4PurchasersDrawingandDocuments买方图纸跟文件PurchaserwillprovideEngineeringDrawingforeachpressurevesselwhichcontainssuchinformationastheshape,basicdimensions,estimatedthicknessandweight,designconditions,materialsforprimaryparts,nozzlespecifications,anddetailsofinte
15、rnalsasrequiredbyVendortoaccomplishhismechanicaldesignofthepressurevessel.买方需按照卖方恳求为每台压力容器供给工程图纸说明外形、全然尺寸、可能厚度跟重量、打算条件、主部件材质、装备口规格及内件概略,以便完成压力容器的呆板打算。Whensketches,datasheetsordutyspecificationsareprovided,VendorshallprepareEngineeringDrawingscoveringthesamecontentsasspecifiedabove.Suchdrawingsmaybeu

17、tsareprovided,VendorshallconfirmPurchasertheapplicationofeachdrawinginVesselStandard.在供给了草图或数据表后,卖方需按照容器标准对图纸停顿确认。1.5VendorsDrawingsandDocuments卖方图纸跟文件VendorshallsubmittoPurchaserdrawingsanddocumentsascalledforinPurchasersrequisitionsheets.卖方将按照买方需求单向买方供给图纸跟文件。Alldrawingsanddocumentsshallgivethename
18、ofClient(enduser),PurchasersWorkNo.,ItemNo.andserviceofthecommodity.所有图纸跟文件上需给出业主名称最终用户,买方工程编码、装备位号及系统名称。Drawingsshallbepreparedtoscaleandinthirdangleprojection.图纸需按比例应用每三角投影法停顿绘制。Drawingsshallcontain:图纸需包括:(1)Titleblock(PurchasersWorkNo.,RequisitionNo.,ItemNo.andserviceofthecommodity)工程图明细表买方工程编码、投
19、标邀请号、装备位号及系统(2)DesignData(conformingtoPurchasersdrawingsordatasheet)打算数据按照买方图纸或数据表(3)Materiallist(materialspecificationsandquantitiesforallpartsincludingspareparts)材料清单所有部件、包括备件的材料规格跟数量(4)Nozzlelist(conformingtoPurchasersdrawingsordatasheet)装备口清单按照买方图纸或数据表(5)Allweldseams,andweldandsurfacefinishsymbo
20、ls所有焊缝及外表加工标志(6)Detaileddimensionsandthickness详细尺寸及厚度Strengthcalculationsshallcover:强度打算包括:(1)Codecalculationsforallpressureretainingpartsincludingreinforcementsfornozzleopenings所有压力保持部件,包括装备口加固件的代码打算(2)Structuralcalculationsforinternals内件构造打算(3)Structuralcalculationsforliftinglugsandtransportationf
21、ittings吊耳跟运输安装的构造打算(4)Stabilitycheckofvesselandsupportforwind/seismicload容器及支架的风力/地能源载荷的坚决检查(5)Stabilitycheckofvesselandsupportattransportation,loadingunloadinganderection在运输、装载、卸载及安装过程中容器的坚决性检查(6)Localstressanalysisagainstexternalloadingonnozzles装备口内部负荷部分应力分析Forpressurevesselsfabricatedand/orassemb
22、ledatjobsite,Vendorshallsubmittheinstructionforthework.关于在现场制造或组装的压力容器,卖方应供给指导书。Purchasers“ApprovedonVendorsdocumentmeansthatVendormayproceedhisworkwithoutresubmittingthedocumentsunlessfurtherrevisionsaremade.“ApprovedasnotedonVendorsdocumentmeansthatVendormayproceedhisworkprovidedthenotesareconcurr
23、edbyVendor.Re-submissionofthereviseddocumentsarerequiredforconfirmation.“NotapprovedonthedocumentmeansthatVendormaynotproceedtheworkwithoutre-submissionofthecorrecteddocumentforapproval.PurchasersapprovalforVendorsdrawingsanddocumentsshallnotrelieveVendorofhisresponsibilitytomeetallrequirementsofthe
24、purcha搜索引擎优化rder.买方在卖方文件上签署“赞成表示卖方不需再递交这些文件就可停顿任务,除非停顿了改版。卖方文件上的“说明后赞成指卖方在供给说明后可停顿任务。在停顿改版后需重新递交买方确认。“差异意指卖方在重新递交准确的文件并获批前不克不迭停顿任务。买方对卖方图纸及文件的赞成不克不迭扫除卖方的定购公约上的任务。1.6SiteCondition现场条件Datatobeusedforstabilitycheckofvesselandsupportforwind/seismicloadandotherclimatedataareasfollows,容器及支架的风力/地能源载荷及不的气候下
25、的坚决性检查所用数据如下:空中10m上全然风力2(2)Earthquakeintensity7deg.地震强度7级(3)ClassofsitesoilClassII现场土壤等级II级(4)Atmospherictemperature:气温年平均气温以往最高气温40.9Extremelowestinpastyears-12以往最低气温-12(ReferencetoHG20580-1998)最冷月份的最低平均气温拜会HG20580-1998)2.DESIGN打算2.1DesignPressure打算压力DesignpressureshallbeasspecifiedonPurchasersdraw
26、ingordatasheet.打算压力在买方图纸或数据表中加以指定。Designpressureshallmeanthegaugepressureatthetopofacompletedvesselinitsoperatingposition.Unlessotherwiseagreedinadvance,internalstaticheadshallbeaddedtothedesignpressuretodeterminethethicknessofanyspecificpartofthevessel.打算压力指开工的容器在把持位置时顶部压力表的压力值。除非延迟不的赞成,需加设内置静压受感器以
27、断定容器特不部件的厚度。Whendesignpressureof“F.V.(FullVacuum)isspecified,vesselsshallbedesignedtowithstandforexternalpressureof101.3kPa.假设打算压力指定为“F.V.真空,容器需打算为能经受101.3kPa的内部压力。Vesselpartssubjecttodifferentinternalpressureonbothsidesshallbedesignedtowithstandthemostseverecombinationofthepressures.容器两侧承受差异内部压力的部件
28、需打算为能经受最大年夜全部压力。2.2DesignTemperature打算温度DesigntemperatureshallbeasspecifiedonPurchasersdrawingordatasheet.Twokindsofdesigntemperature,oneformaximumdesigntemperature(calledas“DesignTemperature)andtheotherforminimumdesigntemperature(calledas“MinimumDesignMetaltemperature=MDMT)arespecified.打算温度在买方图纸或数据
29、表中指定。共两种打算温度,一种为最大年夜打算温度称为“打算温度,另一种为最小打算温度称为“最小打算金属温度。Whendifferenttemperaturesarepredictedfordifferentzonesofavessel,thesetemperaturesareindicatedfortherespectivezonesofthevessel.假设容器的差异装备口可能的温度差异,应在各自的部位加以指明。WhendesigntemperatureorMDMTcannotcoincidewiththemaximumpressure,thecorrespondingdesignpres
30、sureshallbedesignatedtogetherwiththetemperature.当打算温度或最小打算金属温度与最大年夜压力不符,应按照温度指定照应的打算压力。Vesselpartsincontactwithtwofluidshavingdifferenttemperaturesshallbedesignedforbothhigherandlowerdesigntemperatures.假设容器部件会接触到两种差异温度的介质,应同时按照高的打算温度及低的打算温度停顿打算。2.3CorrosionAllowances堕落余度Thecorrosionallowanceforthesh
31、ellshallbeasspecifiedonPurchasersdrawingordatasheet.容器壁板的赞成倾向在买方图纸或数据表中指定。Unlessotherwisespecifiedinthedrawings,datasheetorotherapplicableEngineeringSpecifications,thecorrosionallowanceforinternalpartsofvesselsshallbeasfollows:除非在图纸、数据表或不的相关工程标准中另有规那么,容器内件的堕落余度如下:(1)Partsdirectlyweldedtotheshellorpa

34、anceshallconformtothestipulationsinit.容器标准中规那么的内件,如耳轴及支撑环的堕落余度应符合标准中的规那么。3.Thespecifiedcorrosionallowanceshallmeanthecorrosionallowancefortheshell.指定的堕落余度是指壁板的堕落余度。4.Shellasusedhereinshallmeanallpressureholdingpartsofthevesselincontactwiththeservicefluid,includingheads,nozzles,manholesandmanholecove
35、rs.这里的壁板指与系统介质接触的所有压力部件,包括封头、装备口、人孔及人孔盖板。Nocorrosionallowanceisrequiredforsuchpartsnotincontactwiththeinsidefluidastheoutsidesurfaceofshell,skirt,supportlugsandsoon,exceptforanchorbolts.关于差异内部介质接触的部件,如外外表、防护罩及支承凸缘等不需堕落余度,地足螺栓除外。Corrosionallowanceof3mmshallbetakenforanchorbolts.地足螺栓的堕落余度为3mm。2.4Mater
36、ials材料ThematerialsforprimarypartsshallbeasspecifiedonPurchasersdrawingordatasheet.要紧部件的材料在买方图纸或数据表中指定。MaterialsofthepartsnotspecifiedonPurchasersdrawings,datasheetorVesselStandardshallbedecidedbyVendorandshallbesubmittedbyshowingthemontheVendorsdrawingsforPurchasersapproval.假设部件材料在买方图纸、数据表或容器标准中未加指定
37、,那么由卖方决定所有材料并在卖方图纸中指明,递交买方审批。Materialsforexternalattachmentsandvesselsupportweldeddirectlytothepressureretainingpartsshallbesimilarmaterialasthepressureparts.Whenexternalattachmentsmadeofcarbonsteelistobeweldedtostainlesssteelpressureparts,stainlesssteelpadplateisrequiredonpressureparts.开门见山焊接到压力保持部

45、rvicesuchassteam,airetc.withtheotherlimitationsspecifiedinGB150-1998.按照GB150-1998中限度,Q-234仅可用丰公用系统上,如蒸汽、气氛等。Ingeneral,steel20Rand16MnRshallbeappliedforcarbonsteelplatesusedforpressureparts.Ifcalculatedthicknessexceeds12mmbyapplying20Rmaterial,then16MnRmaterialshallbeused.一般情况下,压力部件碳钢板应用20R跟16MnR钢铁。假
46、设应用20R总计厚度逾越12mm,那么应用16MnR。2.5LoadingConditionsandStrengthCalculation负荷前提及强度打算ThethicknessindicatedonPurchasersdrawingsarethoseproposedbyPurchaser.Vendorshallcheckandconfirmunderhisguaranteethatsuchthicknessprovidetheproperstrengthunderthespecifiedconditions.AnylesserthicknessconsideredbyVendorshallimmediatelybereferredtoPurchaser,butinnocase,anyproposedthicknesswillbedecreasedwithoutPurchaserspriorapproval,evenifithasanextramarginbeyondtherequired
