1、中英文双语教学菊 花 鱼(Deep-fried Fish Shaped as Chrysanthemums)曹 荣南京旅游养分职业教化中心1中英文双语教学课程介绍n 造型菜肴是将原料经过一些特殊的刀工处理以及炸、脆熘等烹调方法,使其形成我们所志向的形态或形态,以达到模拟某样事物或意境的目的。此类菜肴,由于其造型逼真,色调明艳,口味独特,而深收广袤食客的宠爱。n 为了适应将来社会对烹饪专业人才的高要求,本节课我们将接受情景式双语教学,希望通过双语教学的形式,力图使大家能够驾驭一些基本的烹饪专业词汇及短语,增加专业英语听说实力。将英语学习与专业课程有机的结合起来,希望大家能够学以致用,学而会用。2
2、中英文双语教学主要原料(Ingredients)n主料:青鱼(500g)nMain Ingredients:lean black carp meatn调料:盐(3g),料酒(5g),色拉油(50g),葱、姜(各10g),淀粉(200g),酸甜汁(200g),鸡蛋 一只nSeasoning:salt(3g),rice wine(5g),salad oil(50g),spring onion(10g),Ginger(10g),Corn flour(200g),Sweet and sour sauce(200g),1 egg 3中英文双语教学制作过程n将鱼肉洗净,置于案板上,剞十字花刀。(不要划破鱼
