2、计划(最新版)2017 地理教研组工作计划【一】指导思想:本学期将继续贯彻“以学生的发展为本”的基本理念,以教学新课程理念为指导,以课堂教学为核心,加强课堂教学研讨,不断提高教师的教学水平;围绕区教科中心提出的结合新课程中发现的新问题开展研究活动;以培养学生的灵活创新意识和实践能力为重点,改善学生的学习方式,使学生通过有效的学习活动认识数学,理解数学,获取知识,积累学习方法,充实学习情趣,发展创新意识和实践能力。加强教研组建设,以争创优秀教研组为动力,总结经验,发挥优势,改进不足,聚集全组教师的智慧,努力使数学教研组在有朝气、有创新精神、团结奋进的基础上焕发出新的生机与活力。工作目标:备注:每
