16、设安全工作规程(变电所部分)(DL5009 32013);2.8 建筑电气安装工程质量检验评定标准2.9 国家电网公司电力建设工程施工技术管理导则;2.10国家电网公司输变电工程优质工程评定管理办法2.11 工程建设标准强制性条文-电力工程部分2.12 建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范(GB50202-2002)2.13 建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准(GB50300 2013)2.14 送变电质量、职业安全健康与环境管理体系程序文件,管理办法。3、工程简况万达广场 110kV 变电站工程接地系统包含配电装置室、主变室、开关室、电容器室和室外等接地网。接地装置安装采用垂直接地体及镀锌扁钢,设备接

25、艺操作手册 中接头焊接照片指南及相关要求施工。焊接原理:热熔焊是一种使铜和铜、或铜和钢进行电气连接的方法。此过程不需要外部的热源或动力。施工过程中,颗粒状金属(焊药:粒状氧化铜和铝)从一个容器倒入石墨锅并燃烧,通过铝(放热反应)跟氧化铜的化学反应产生液态铜和氧化铝渣。渣浮到表面和钢碟熔化,使得液体铜流进焊洞并完成一次焊接。随之焊接头固化,拿掉模具并准备下一次焊接。4.2 放热焊接工艺优点:4.2.1、焊接点的载流能力(熔点)与导线的载流能力相等。因为焊接点是焊接成的,所以是永久性的,不会老化。4.2.2、焊接是一种永久性的分子结合,不会松脱。4.2.3、焊接点像铜一样,不易受腐蚀性物质的影响。
26、4.2.4、焊接点能经受反复多次的大浪涌故障电流而不退化。4.2.5、焊接方法简单,培训容易。4.2.6、供焊接用的材料及工具很轻,携带方便;进行焊接时,无需外接电源或热源,从外观便能核查焊接的质量。4.2.7、可用于焊接铜、铜合金、镀铜钢、各种合金钢及高阻加热热源材料。4.2.8、采用镀铜钢棒由实心冷抽钢棒冷镀上厚度一致的铜,如同冶金连接铜与钢棒。铜层与钢棒完美结合,容易打入地下,铜皮不破裂,不脱落,极大地延缓腐蚀时间。4.3 热熔焊施工顺序:基槽开挖验槽领取接地材料铺设接地体(铜排、铜绞线、垂直接地体)清理模具及接地体接头加热模具和接地体接头(干燥)接头放入模具中夹紧检查是否夹紧装入焊药盖

35、m,上方宽 1.5m的梯形,换填陶黏土后应夯实,待水平接地体的沟挖好后,应通知监理单位对基槽进行验收,符合设计要求后再进行下步工序的施工。4.3.2、垂直接地极安装:根据设计图纸中垂直接地极安装位置进行测量、定位,确定钻孔地点,当土壤情况良好(如粘土),可不进行钻孔,直接将接地极铜棒压入土壤中;但当土壤情况不好(如含碎石碎砖或岩石),为了保证安装过程中不对接地极表面的铜层造成损坏,则必须进行钻孔安装。在沟槽开挖完成后,对需钻孔的土壤可根据土壤情况选择钻孔机械,当土质为粘土时,可用触探仪进行钻孔,对含石头或岩石的土壤,可用小型地质钻孔机械进行钻孔。接地极安装孔钻孔应根据垂直接地极的直径和长度来确
36、定钻孔规格,现需要打孔安装的垂直接地极为12 长 2.5m 的铜棒,打孔时孔径应比接地极直径稍大1020 mm,孔深应略大于接地极长度,同时应保证孔的垂直性,以方便接地极的安装。将垂直接地极安装于打好的孔中,注意安装过程中不能造成接地极端头变形损坏,以备后续焊接作业;4.3.3、水平接地网安装:站内接地以敷设水平接地网为主,垂直接地体为辅。主接地网选用?10 的铜棒,焊接成 5M 5M方孔网格状水平接地网,其外缘为闭合的圆弧形,圆弧半径不宜小于均压带间距的一半(取 R=6M)。为减少腐蚀,水平接地极一般为竖放,通过与垂直接地极的焊接构成一个网形整体;建筑物基础和设备基础下用200mm2铜绞线敷

45、汽及氧化层,否则热焊接过程中会产生大量的水汽,对焊接接头引起气孔等缺陷。5、将清除干净的导体、接地极,置于模具槽内并用模具夹夹紧。6、把焊药盒装入反应腔,盖上模具盖。7、连接电子点火枪。疏散人员,按压点火按钮点火。8、待放热焊药的反应完毕后,约1020 秒即可开启模具,并清洁模具以备下一次的使用,一个完整的熔接头即制作完成。9、检查焊接点质量,做纪录,焊接必须牢固无虚焊、假焊。10、工艺照片(见下图)4.3.4、沟槽及孔洞回填用细土对垂直接地极与孔壁间的空隙进行回填,以保证垂直接地极与土壤充分接触;然后进行沟槽的回填,对开挖的不含石头的土壤沟槽,可用原土回填,1、将模具烘干,将待连接铜排清洁烘
