1、欢迎共阅常见缓冲溶液配制方法乙醇醋酸铵缓冲液(pH3.7):取 5mol/L 醋酸溶液 15.0ml,加乙醇 60ml 和水20ml,用 10mol/L 氢氧化铵溶液调节pH值至 3.7,用水稀释至 1000ml。三羟甲基氨基甲烷缓冲液(pH8.0):取三羟甲基氨基甲烷12.14g,加水 800ml,搅拌溶解,并稀释至1000ml,用 6mol/L 盐酸溶液调节 pH值至 8.0。三羟甲基氨基甲烷缓冲液(pH8.1):取氯化钙 0.294g,加 0.2mol/L 三羟甲基氨基甲烷溶液 40ml 使溶解,用 1mol/L 盐酸溶液调节 pH值至 8.1,加水稀释至 100ml。三羟甲基氨基甲烷缓

2、冲液(pH9.0):取三羟甲基氨基甲烷6.06g,加盐酸赖氨酸 3.65g,氯化钠 5.8g,乙二胺四醋酸二钠0.37g,再加水溶解使成1000ml,调节pH值至 9.0。乌洛托品缓冲液:取乌洛托品 75g,加水溶解后,加浓氨溶液4.2ml,再用水稀释至 250ml。巴比妥缓冲液(pH7.4):取巴比妥钠 4.42g,加水使溶解并稀释至400ml,用2mol/L盐酸溶液调节 pH值至 7.4,滤过。巴比妥缓冲液(pH8.6):取巴比妥 5.52g 与巴比妥钠 30.9g,加水使溶解成2000ml。巴比妥氯化钠缓冲液(pH7.8):取巴比妥钠 5.05g,加氯化钠 3.7g 及水适量使溶解,另取

3、明胶0.5g 加水适量,加热溶解后并入上述溶液中。然后用0.2mol/L 盐酸溶液调节 pH值至 7.8,再用水稀释至 500ml。甲酸钠缓冲液(pH3.3):取 2mol/L 甲酸溶液 25ml,加酚酞指示液 1 滴,用 2mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中和,再加入2mol/L 甲酸溶液 75ml,用水稀释至 200ml,调节 pH值至3.253.30。欢迎共阅邻苯二甲酸盐缓冲液(pH5.6):取邻苯二甲酸氢钾10g,加水 900ml,搅拌使溶解,用氢氧化钠试液(必要时用稀盐酸)调节 pH值至 5.6,加水稀释至 1000ml,混匀。枸橼酸盐缓冲液:取枸橼酸 4.2g,加 1mol/L 的 20乙醇

4、制氢氧化钠溶液40ml使溶解,再用 20乙醇稀释至 100ml。枸橼酸盐缓冲液(pH6.2):取 2.1枸橼酸水溶液,用 50氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至 6.2。枸橼酸磷酸氢二钠缓冲液(pH4.0):甲液:取枸橼酸 21g或无水枸橼酸 19.2g,加水使溶解成 1000ml,置冰箱内保存。乙液:取磷酸氢二钠71.63g,加水使溶解成1000ml。取上述甲液 61.45ml 与乙液 38.55ml 混合,摇匀。氨氯化铵缓冲液(pH8.0):取氯化铵 1.07g,加水使溶解成 100ml,再加稀氨溶液(130)调节 pH值至 8.0。氨氯化铵缓冲液(pH10.0):取氯化铵 5.4g,加水 20ml

5、 溶解后,加浓氯溶液35ml,再加水稀释至 100ml。硼砂氯化钙缓冲液(pH8.0):取硼砂 0.572g 与氯化钙 2.94g,加水约 800ml 溶解后,用 1mol/L 盐酸溶液约 2.5ml 调节 pH值至 8.0,加水稀释至 1000ml。硼砂碳酸钠缓冲液(pH10.8 11.2):取无水碳酸钠 5.30g,加水使溶解成1000ml;另取硼砂 1.91g,加水使溶解成 100ml。临用前取碳酸钠溶液973ml 与硼砂溶液 27ml,混匀。硼酸氯化钾缓冲液(pH9.0):取硼酸 3.09g,加 0.1mol/L 氯化钾溶液 500ml使溶解,再加 0.1mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液 21

13、4S7F4O10 HB10Q3A2O6M8 ZE3Q5G6T9D3欢迎共阅醋酸锂盐缓冲液(pH3.0):取冰醋酸 50ml,加水 800ml 混合后,用氢氧化锂调节 pH值至 3.0,再加水稀释至1000ml。醋酸醋酸钠缓冲液(pH3.6):取醋酸钠 5.1g,加冰醋酸 20ml,再加水稀释至250ml。醋酸醋酸钠缓冲液(pH3.7):取无水醋酸钠 20g,加水 300ml 溶解后,加溴酚蓝指示液 1ml 及冰醋酸 6080ml,至溶液从蓝色转变为纯绿色,再加水稀释至1000ml。醋酸醋酸钠缓冲液(pH3.8):取 2mol/L 醋酸钠溶液 13ml 与 2mol/L 醋酸溶液87ml,加每

14、1ml 含铜 1mg的硫酸铜溶液 0.5ml,再加水稀释至1000ml。醋酸醋酸钠缓冲液(pH4.5):取醋酸钠 18g,加冰醋酸 9.8ml,再加水稀释至1000ml。醋酸醋酸钠缓冲液(pH4.6):取醋酸钠 5.4g,加水 50ml 使溶解,用冰醋酸调节 pH值至 4.6,再加水稀释至 100ml。醋酸醋酸钠缓冲液(pH6.0):取醋酸钠 54.6g,加 1mol/L 醋酸溶液 20ml 溶解后,加水稀释至500ml。醋酸醋酸钾缓冲液(pH4.3):取醋酸钾 14g,加冰醋酸 20.5ml,再加水稀释至1000ml。醋酸醋酸铵缓冲液(pH4.5):取醋酸铵 7.7g,加水 50ml 溶解后

22、6T9D3文档编码:CV6A4S7F4O10 HB10Q3A2O6M8 ZE3Q5G6T9D3欢迎共阅磷酸盐缓冲液:取磷酸二氢钠 38.0g,与磷酸氢二钠 5.04g,加水使成 1000ml,即得。磷酸盐缓冲液(pH2.0):甲液:取磷酸 16.6ml,加水至 1000ml,摇匀。乙液:取磷酸氢二钠 71.63g,加水使溶解成 1000ml。取上述甲液 72.5ml 与乙液 27.5ml 混合,摇匀。磷酸盐缓冲液(pH2.5):取磷酸二氢钾 100g,加水 800ml,用盐酸调节 pH至 2.5,用水稀释至 1000ml。磷酸盐缓冲液(pH5.0):取 0.2mol/L 磷酸二氢钠溶液一定量,

23、用氢氧化钠试液调节 pH值至 5.0。磷酸盐缓冲液(pH5.8):取磷酸二氢钾 8.34g 与磷酸氢二钾 0.87g,加水使溶解成1000ml。磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.5):取磷酸二氢钾 0.68g,加 0.1mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液 15.2ml,用水稀释至 100ml。磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.6):取磷酸二氢钠 1.74g、磷酸氢二钠 2.7g 与氯化钠 1.7g,加水使溶解成 400ml。磷酸盐缓冲液(含胰酶)(pH6.8):取磷酸二氢钾6.8g,加水 500ml使溶解,用0.1mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至 6.8;另取胰酶 10g,加水适量使溶解,将两液混合后,加水稀释至 1000
