1、晋建中环花园高层住宅楼1#楼测量放线施工方案一、编制依据1、晋建中环花园高层住宅楼1#楼建筑、结构施工图纸2、建设单位提供的现场及楼座坐标控制点及标高控制点3、工程测量规范 GB50026-2007 二、工程简况晋建中环花园高层住宅楼1#楼位于胜利西街81 号,北中环街以北,20M规划路以西,太原自来水公司以南,太原喷灌设备厂以东。地下二层,地上二十六层,地下二层为防空地下室,地下一层为设备管道层,一层为商业 网 点,二 层 以 上为 住 宅,建 筑 面 积为18128.81m2,建 筑 总 高 度 为76.40m,地下二层(人防层)层高为3.0m,地下一层(设备管道层)层高为2.2m,一层层

2、高 3.3m,二层以上住宅层高均为3.0m,室内外高差0.60m,0.000 相对标高均为 100.950。本工程结构形式为承台梁防水板,地基处理采用钢筋混凝土灌注桩(后压浆),结构形式为全现浇剪力墙结构。本工程测量、放线工作主要包括平面控制网的建立,即建筑物的定位测量;基槽及楼层测量放线;水准测量,即楼层标高控制测量;主楼的竖向投测等。三、测量准备工作1、施工测量前,应将仪器(全站仪、经纬仪、水准仪、铅垂仪、塔尺、50m钢尺等)送有资质鉴定认证的单位进行鉴定,鉴定合格后方可用于测量放线工作。2、充分熟悉施工图纸,认真计算控制点坐标,了解0.000标高与绝对标高之间的关系。3、提前联系建设单位

29、9#10#控制线、3#4#与 9#10#控制线、5#6#与 7#8#控制线、5#6#与 9#-10#控制线之间的夹角是否为90。每条控制线与控制线之间的夹角复核后,再用50m钢尺复核东西向控制线之间的距离和南北向控制线之间的距离是否与图纸标注尺寸稳合。3、控制点复核如有误差,应认真检查各测量步骤,找出误差原因,对控制点进行调整,保证测量误差在规范许可范围内。4、楼层控制线复核无误后,依据图纸标注尺寸,以控制线为基准线,用 50m钢卷尺依次排列出其它轴线控制线,并弹黑线。剪力墙模板安装采用距剪力墙轴线 500mm 控制线进行控制。(三)0.000 以上建筑物楼层测量放线本工程 0.000以上建筑

47、测量应严格遵守国家法令、政策和规范要求,将测量误差在规范允许范围内调整到最小。2、施工测量前,所有测量用仪器应由具备资质的单位鉴定合格后方可使用,并且须在规定的使用日期前使用,超过有效日期时应重新进行鉴定,在测量期间如发现仪器有异常现象,应重新进行校正。3、工程部建立一切定位、放线工作的自检、互检、交接检制度,合格后方可申请监理单位进行验收。4、施工期间留设的控制桩,控制点等应认真进行保护,以免破坏,每次测量前应进行复核,闭合。5、楼层钢筋上标高控制点做法采用红油漆标注,严禁采用胶带缠裹,以防胶带脱落,造成标高施测错误。6、每层剪力墙模板拆除后,应在剪力墙上弹设结构1000mm 控制线,作为顶
