1、(校长)的年度述职报告根据区教育局要求,现将学年度本人工作情况汇报如下:过去的一学年中,本人能认真学习党的十六大精神和“三个代表”重要思想,全面贯彻党的教育方针政策,认真参加中心组学习,政治、业务学习,采用读书与笔记相结合、学习与点评相结合的方法,系统掌握现代教育理论,现代领导科学,努力以新的教育思想、理念和方法,指导学校工作实践;本人能时刻以共产党员的标准要求自己,模范遵守各项规章制度,忠于职守,以校为家,除公出和偶尔生病,从不请假,也没什么节假日;本人以诚待人,办事公道,坚持对事不对人,从不搬弄是非,也从不居功诿过,对学校荣誉是斤斤计较,对个人利益却总不在乎;本人能团结同志,廉洁自律,在学
2、校管理中坚持民主集中制原则,认真履行党风廉政建设责任制、校务公开制,虚心听取教职工的意见,自觉接受组织和群众的监督,涉及学校发展的人、财、物、事都能通过党支部、校长办公会、中层干部会、教代会集思广益,决不主观武断,在本学年中的审计、检查、验收中都得到了较高评价;能认真执行校长“五个一”制度,通过带班上课、听课、参加教研活动和课题研究,及时了解教学第一手信息,指导教育教学改革。本学年听课节,主持一个课题结题获区二等奖,撰写论文重合作交流促自主发展刊登于教学论坛 报。本学年的工作,我主要抓了以下几个方面:一是把握大局,再抓机遇,确立学校发展新目标、新思路。年以来,我校正是敏锐地抓住撤乡并镇、布局调
3、整的机遇,果断实施中心校扩建工程,以外部环境的改善促进内部竞争力的提高。短短两年,学校面貌焕然一新,凝聚了人心,提升了人气,受到社会一致公认。而如今,面临“两个率先”、三年再造新武进、加快城区教育发展的大背景,我校如何再抓机遇,再创辉煌,必然成为校长必须解决的大课题。我充分意识到这点,及时又明确地提出了“以内涵求发展,以特色求创新”的口号,坚持不懈地以特色学校创建为契机,以课程改革为突破口,充分挖掘内部资源,培植新的亮点,努力塑造传统文化与现代文明完美结合的高素质人才。一学年中,乒乓、田径等传统项目的稳中有升,英语、信息技术的强劲势头,南田少儿书画社的声名鹊起,为学校的再次腾飞打下了坚定的基础
4、。同时继续筹措资金,以校园文化建设为着力点,全力营造书香校园、文化校园、艺术校园,塑胶运动场、一期绿化、校园雕塑、旧广场、旧围墙、旧车棚改造先后完成,总投资达一百五十万元。现在,运动场绿化资金又已经到位。学校的品位和档次得到了进一步提升。在这一过程中,我充分发挥全体师生的积极性和主人翁意识,绿化方案、雕塑方案、雕塑征名、含义征集等,既凝聚了集体的智慧,又使学校精神及新目标、新思路深入人心。二是继续抓好两支队伍建设。我深知,无论是学校外部建设还是内容管理,都离不开一支强有力的干部队伍,而创建特色学校,走内涵发展之路,更需要一支高素质的教师队伍。一学年来,我一方面紧抓学习不放松,建立中心组学习制度

12、促使整个干部队伍团结和谐、踏实肯干、开拓进取;教师队伍建设上,我坚持走出去请进来,紧扣新课程和现代教育技术,以校本培训为主阵地,不断提高教师业务能力。继续鼓励支持青年教师参加自考、函授,现在已到收获季节,目前我校教师大专以上学历占有率已达.,其中本科率达.,大大超过了全区平均水平,得到了上级领导的高度评价。同时,建立完善各种评价激励机制,创造机会为教师提供展示才能的舞台,增强教师的合作精神和合理竞争。现在,新一轮“证书制度”已经开始申报,全片共有七十多名教师参加,其中三分之一申报了学科带头人,这充分表明了一支敬业爱岗、团结奉献、开拓创新的教师队伍正在形成。在教师队伍建设中,我还能充分利用党、团
13、、工会等组织的作用,通过党建工作,培养后备干部,通过“青年文明号”、“巾帼示范岗”等创建工作,增强教师的服务意识,开展丰富多彩的群体活动,活跃身心,凝聚人心。我更没有忘了竭尽全力提高教职工的奖金福利,在大规模基本建设的同时,在收费标准逐年降低、收入来源逐年减少的大背景下,我校的奖金福利却是逐年增加。据统计,本学年本片教师奖金福利平均达元,比九九年翻了一番,与上学年相比也增长了。我常常对自己说,我没有对不起辛勤工作的教师们,我已尽了我最大的努力。三是建章立制,文档编码:CP7O4A2A1W2 HB1Q4G10K2Y6 ZI9Y4R3W1J4文档编码:CP7O4A2A1W2 HB1Q4G10K2Y

20、0K2Y6 ZI9Y4R3W1J4文档编码:CP7O4A2A1W2 HB1Q4G10K2Y6 ZI9Y4R3W1J4文档编码:CP7O4A2A1W2 HB1Q4G10K2Y6 ZI9Y4R3W1J4依法治校。我一直认为,校长首先要做好三件事,除了搞到票子,抓好师资,就是要建立机制。好的机制是学校永远的传家宝,也是内涵的真正核心,一切有章可循,一切井井有条,是我一贯的追求,在前几年不断创建的基础上,本学年对考核、评价激励机制又进行了进一步完善,同时建立健全领导班子议事制、蹲点联系制,教研组评比、办公室评比、安全卫生、后勤管理等各种制度,还探索建立学生德育评价和幼儿教师级别评价标准等,使制度建设真
21、正为学校发展保驾护航。一学年来,在上级正确领导下,在社会各界支持下,在全体教师共同努力下,我校取得了令人瞩目的成绩:局级文明学校、区行风建设先进单位,武进区、常州市“依法治校”先进单位、区现代教育技术工作先进集体、省青少年科技教育先进学校、区教育收费规范学校、“金钥匙”科技竞赛先进学校、常州市“第二届青少年书法精品展”优秀组织奖、区小学生田径运动会总分第一名、乒乓女子团体第二名、少先队基础建设星级学校、片英语歌咏比赛一等奖,最近又在区督导评估获高度评价,又通过了局“好班子”创建初评这些成绩的取得,使我信感欣慰,对学校美好未来又添无比的信心,我将一如既住,为办人民满意的教育而继续努力。本人不足:
