1、一、指导思想结合本校工作实际,坚持以全面发展、科学发展、和谐发展为目标,紧紧围绕“提高教育质量”这一主题,遵循小学语文新课程标准,深化课堂教学改革,以加强教学管理、教学研究为基本点,依靠教师,服务学生,全面推进有效教学,着力探寻“轻负担、高质量”的本真教学模式。二、工作重点1.以课堂教学为主渠道,规范课堂教学管理。2.抓实“六认真”,实施高效教学。向四十分钟要质量,扎实落实“生本教育”。3.主题教研,提升教师素质。4.关注队伍,促进青年教师的快速成长。三、具体措施(一)指导学生自学,提高学生学习能力。1创设氛围,使学生乐于自学。努力营造宽松和谐的学习氛围,使学生能在自由、愉快的心理状态中积极、
2、主动地参与自学活动。2、抓好学生的写字教育。在写字中发展学生的主体性,要通过写字活动激发学生主动练字的动机,尊重学生练习方法的选择,保护和培养学生在写字过程中的创造性,保证学生在写字过程中的主体地位,从而提高学生在学习中的主体意识,使学生乐学求美。(二)抓实“六认真”,实施高效教学。1.抓实备课。创新集体备课,突出一个“透”字:吃透课标,吃透教材,吃透教法,吃透学法,吃透训练。备课要做到眼中有学生,心中有教材,手中有方法。提倡“个人初备、集体统备、个人再备”的备课流程。2.抓实上课。追求本色的课堂教学,突出一个“活”字。要创建生活的课堂,营造民主的课堂,构建探究的课堂。倡导先学后教,以学定教。
3、引导学生进行自主学习、合作学习、探究学习。用兴趣来赋予课堂生命活力,用创新来赋予学生心灵舒展。真正做到课堂气氛活,学生思维活,教学方法活,知识生成活。3.抓实训练。切实减轻学生过重的课业负担,突出一个“精”字。训练内容能在课堂解决的,决不留在课外解决;口头能解决的,决不书面解决。练习作业做到“精选、精编、精改、精评”。坚持“有发必收,有收必批,有错必纠,有练必评”,提高练习的有效性。(三)主题教研,提升教师素质。1.以课题研究推进教研活动。结合本校国家级、省级主课题,围绕课题为研究目标,教师根据课题认真搜集、整理并学习理论和实践资料,在教学中有针对性地进行课题研究教学实践,同时不断反思,总结经
