1、1 中医健康教育知识讲座资料高血压的中医防治保健知识主讲人:中医没有“高血压”这个病名,根据高血压的临床表现和病理,属于中医“眩晕”、“头痛”、“肝阳上亢”等病症范畴,中医认为“阴阳失调”是该病之本,“内风、痰湿、瘀血”是其标,从防治与保健而言,中医是从整体全面调整机体阴阳的平衡,从根据上解除高血压发生和发展的内在原因,使其“阴平阳秘”,病从何来?一、调整人体阴阳平衡的保健方法1、生活起居调养:顺应大自然春、夏、秋、冬阴阳变化规律,按四季摄生需求,起居有常,莫亡随意。2、饮食保健:饮食宜清淡,不过食肥甘厚味和辛热燥火食物,并按四季饮保健要求,随季节变化调整饮食结构,以维护机体阴阳的动态平衡。3

11、。适用于肝阳上亢型高血压病的防治。2、冬瓜大米粥原料:冬瓜500 克,粳米 100 克。做法:将冬瓜肉切碎,打成糜糊待用。将粳米煮成稠粥时,加入冬瓜糜糊,拌匀,加葱花、姜米、精盐、味精调味,再煮沸即成。功效:清热毒,利尿降压。适用于高血压患者服食。3、牛肉炒芹菜原料:芹菜 250 克,牛肉 100 克,植物油 20 克,酱油 5 克,盐 1 克,豆瓣酱15 克,葡萄酒10 克,淀粉 5 克。做法:牛肉切薄片改刀成细丝,加酱油、葡萄酒、淀粉抓匀。芹菜去根,洗净切段。炒锅内放入植物油,油热入牛肉,旺火煸炒至牛肉变白时,将其拨在锅边,锅中心下豆瓣酱煸炒,再下芹菜盐炒几下即与牛肉丝合炒,即可出锅装盘。
