1、技术交底记录工程名称东海 闲湖城 E组团二标段 B区分部(分项)工程名称模板工程交底时间2013年 9 月 18 日交底内容:一、质量控制的基本要求技术交底1、模板及其支架必须保证工程结构和构件各部分形状尺寸和相互位置的正确。2、模板及其支架必须具有足够的承载能力、刚度和稳定性,能可靠的承受新浇筑砼的自重和侧压力,以及施工过程中产生的荷载。3、模板及支架构造简单,装拆方便,并便于钢筋绑扎,安装和砼的浇筑、养护要求。4、模板的接缝不应漏浆,模板与砼的接触面应涂刷隔离剂。5、竖向模板和支架的支承部分,当安装在基土上时应加设垫板,且基土必须坚实并有排水措施。6、板跨度(双向板指板短跨)4m时,模板按

2、跨度的0.3%起拱。当悬臂板时,按悬臂长度的 0.6%起拱。7、铺设平板时平整度控制在1cm范围内。8、剪力墙、柱成品制作完成后,用线锤吊垂直度控制在1cm范围内。9、预留孔应按设计图纸要求事先翻样,在浇捣之前按要求制作模板秤模,并固定好,砼浇筑完成后拆除模板,当预留孔采用模板衬模时应注意模板安装、固定、拆除方便。10、预埋件和预留孔洞、在安装之前应与图纸对照,必要时可以用电焊或套框等方法将其加固,对小型洞孔、套框内可满填软质材料,防止漏浆,在浇筑砼时,应沿其周围分层浇筑,严禁碰击和振动预埋件和模板,以免产生移位、变形。11、下层楼板应具有承受上层荷载的能力或加设支撑,上层支架的立杆应对准下层

3、支架的立杆,并铺设垫板。12、当层间高度 5m时,宜选用木行架支模或多层支架支模,当采用多层支架支模时,支架的横垫板应平整,支柱应垂直,上下层支柱应在同一竖向中心线上。13、模板施工前,要求场地平整、干净,模板下口及连接处的砼或墙体要求边角整齐,表面平直,必要时可先进行人工休整,以便确保模板工程质量。14、接头处模板,梁柱交叉处模板应认真配置,防止移位、胀模等缺陷,对已施工完毕的墙、柱钢筋、预埋件等,应进行复查,若影响模板施工及时通知施工技术部门进行修正。15、模板及支撑系统应联结成整体,竖向结构模板(墙、柱等)应加设斜撑和剪刀撑,水平结构模板(梁、板等)应加强支撑系统的整体联接,采用钢管支撑

4、时,应扣成整体排架。16、模板工程施工中,应随做随验,砼浇捣过程中要派专人看模,发现变形漏浆等情况时,要及时修复,翻边、楼梯间楼板,加固板条在砼初凝后及时拆除。二、成品保护技术交底17、模板工程经施工验收合格后,所有后续工种应对已完成模板成品采取适当的保护措施,严禁乱撞,乱拆,乱割,严禁移动或改动模板成品。18、对电梯井、集水井等基础模板,应装配牢固,支撑可靠,浇筑砼时应注意防止筒芯模板向上浮升或侧向偏移。19、平台模板完成后,在后续工作中吊运的钢管,钢筋等材料应限量均匀分散在模板上,严禁超载和集中堆放。在浇筑砼时,采用固定泵时,泵管与模板间应加撑脚。20、电气,管道安装时,严禁在模板上乱开乱

5、接孔洞,气焊、电焊时应注意保护模板,经验收合格后,应及时浇筑砼。三、模板堆放技术交底21、模板安装工程施工准备:a)模板的配置、编号施工顺序安排,应有专人负责管理指导,以便用料合理,安装,拆卸,运输方便,综合利用率高,防止在实际施工中,产生乱拖,乱用和浪费材料现象。b)应加强模板和支撑体系的通用和模数化,在周转使用中应做到配套偏序使用。c)模板的编号应醒目标注在模板的背面,并注明规格尺寸,作用部位等,支撑体系也应分类堆放,标注明确,以便按不同需要使用。文档编码:CR4I8V3P9W9 HE2Z2O6R9S1 ZK8Q4I4L10W4文档编码:CR4I8V3P9W9 HE2Z2O6R9S1 ZK

12、1 ZK8Q4I4L10W4文档编码:CR4I8V3P9W9 HE2Z2O6R9S1 ZK8Q4I4L10W4文档编码:CR4I8V3P9W9 HE2Z2O6R9S1 ZK8Q4I4L10W422、模板堆放:1 所有模板和支撑系统应按不同的品种、规格、形状分类堆放,应注意在堆放中留出空地或通道,钢管应按不同长度堆放整齐。2 模板的堆放一般以平卧为主,每堆材料不宜过多,以免影响模板本身的质量和转动方便,堆放场地要求加以垫高,注意通风排水。23、落手清:1 支模架、模板制作完成后,材料的清理及堆放,做到工完料清场清。四、柱模板安装技术交底24、面层弹线放样后,进行轴线,柱位复核无误后,方可进行下道

13、工序,按放线位置,在柱四周边离地5080 处的主筋上焊接限位支杆,从四面顶住模板,以防移位。25、在竖向构件四周需设置木托板增加构件的截面尺寸控制及砼浆的漏浆控制。26、成排柱模支撑时,应先立两端柱模,校正、复核位置无误后,顶部拉通长线,再立中间各根柱模。27、圆柱或异行柱模,宜用长木条沿圆弧表面密拼,异行柱接曲面或拆线形状拼箍,圆柱模板应做到拼箍严密,圆箍牢固,按拆方便。28、柱模安装时,将模内垃圾清理干净,模板安装后,检查一遍扣件、螺栓是否紧固,拼缝是否严密,经检查后放可封闭检查口。29、外墙剪力墙、柱接缝处,必须粘贴双面胶,预埋螺杆以便于加固。五、梁模板安装技术交底30、梁模板宜采用侧包

22、。36、剪力墙板、暗墙下脚离基层100 左右位置,采用焊接限位钢筋控制墙板的位移,中间用穿墙螺杆固定,同时以弹模板控制线来进行校正和验收。37、模板安装时,木工随时吊垂直线校正,当安装完在量尺寸,吊线锤复核作最后校正。38、通过计算可确定剪力墙,模板横、竖围栓间距,250、200厚墙板,层高 3.0m,采用n 螺杆,纵横间距 450,双螺栓、横竖围栓间距与对拉螺杆间距相同。39、外墙剪力墙,电梯井,楼梯间上下接槎采用 n 螺柱固定导端模板,外导墙模板在拆模时保留,起上下连接作用。40、模板周转次数多后,难免产生变形,使用前对模板进行整修,墙体中内衬的门窗洞孔等假口的模板均应小于墙体厚度尺寸,墙

30、P9W9 HE2Z2O6R9S1 ZK8Q4I4L10W48 100 悬臂构件2 75 2 100 注:表中“按设计的混凝土强度标准值”系指与设计混凝土强度等级相应的混凝土立方体抗压强度标准值。43、已拆除模板及支架的结构,在砼强度符合设计砼强度等级要求后,方可承受全部使用荷载。44、拆模时必须设置警戒线,并派人监护,拆模必须拆除干净彻底,不得留有悬空模板,拆下模板要及时清理堆放整齐。45、拆模时,临时脚手架必须牢固,不得拆下模板作脚手板,脚手架搁置必须牢固平稳,不得有空头板,以防滑孔坠落。46、拆除高度在 5m以上的模板时,应搭脚手架,并设防护栏杆,防止上下在同一垂直面操作。47、模板支撑拆
