1、横塘岗初中师德师风建设实施方案加强师德师风建设是全面贯彻党的教育方针的根本保证,是进一步提高育人质量、办好人民满意教育的迫切要求。为切实加强教师队伍建设,全面提高教师职业道德素质,强化教育系统行风建设,增强师德师风建设的实效性。根据教育部关于进一步加强和改进师德建设工作的通知,特制定横塘岗初中2019 年师德师风建设活动实施方案。一、指导思想以十九大精神为指导,以深入开展群众路线教育为主题,以构建和谐师生关系为主线,以深入推进素质教育、全面加强青少年思想道德建设、促进教育科学发展、促进学生全面发展为目标,以“敬业爱生、教书育人”为核心,以“德为人先、学为人师、行为示范”为准则,以提高教师思想政
2、治素质、职业理想和职业道德水平为重点,强化师德教育,履行师德规范,不断提高师德水平,努力铸就一支忠诚于教育事业,热爱本职工作,让学生尊重、家长信赖、社会满意的教师队伍。二、目标任务(一)进一步提高教师的思想政治素质引导全校教师认真学习习近平总书记在全国优秀教师代表座谈会上的讲话精神,贯彻落实科学发展观,牢固树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,以优良的思想政治素质影响和引领学生。(二)进一步树立正确的教师职业理想增强教师的职业光荣感、历史使命感和社会责任感,以培养优秀人才、发展先进文化和推动社会进步为己任,志存高远、爱岗敬业,自觉履行教书育人的神圣职责。(三)进一步提高教师的职业道德水平大力弘扬艰
3、苦奋斗、无私奉献、务实求真精神,进一步增强教师主人翁责任感,热爱教育,热爱学校,热爱学生,尽职尽责,教书育人,自觉抵制社会不良风气影响,廉洁从教,依法执教。(四)进一步规范教师的育人行为教师的高尚言行、完美品德,是学生直接模仿和接受感化的重要来源。全面贯彻党的教育方针,严谨治学,为人师表,精心育人,牢固树立“以学生为本”的理念,全面实施素质教育,促进学生全面发展。三、主要措施(一)加强“三观”教育,提高教师思想政治教育认真贯彻落实党的教育方针,忠诚于人民的教育事业,学习贯彻习近平总书记在全国优秀教师代表座谈会上的讲话精神,牢固树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观、严格遵守职业道德规范,以良好的思想

12、心教师心理健康,提高教师心理调节能力树立“尊师重教、科教兴校”良好气氛,切实提高教师地位,尊重教师劳动成果、理解教师苦衷、减轻教师过重的社会压力和心理负荷,创设一个融洽、温馨、积极进取的工作环境,将教师心理健康教育纳入目前实施的中小学教师继续教育培训,提高教师的自我心理调节能力,减小心理症状出现率。(六)完善考核办法,实现师德“一票否决制”完善师德师风考核办法,与教师签定师德师风建设目标责任书,严格执行“教师十不准”:1不准宣扬封建迷信和歪理邪说,传播有害学生身心健康的观点和思想。2不准参与赌博、酗酒等违反社会公德和职业道德的不健康不文明活动。3不准从事有偿家教,违规从事校外教学、培训辅导。4

20、无关的事。9.不准无故迟到、早退、旷工。10.不准弄虚作假、欺上瞒下、玩忽职守。对有违反以上教师职业道德不良行为之一的,即实行师德“一票否决制”,年终考核为不合格等次。四、实施步骤(一)广泛动员,全面启动阶段(2019 年 3 月)1、活动内容(各项活动有记录)学校制定师德师风建设实施方案,3 月召开教师会议,统一思想,提高认识,明确活动目标、任务和具体方法步骤。进一步提高全校教师,特别是青年教师对加强师德师风教育活动重要意义的认识,规范言行,树立良好师表形象的自觉性。结合实际,通过橱窗、宣传栏、广播等载体进行广泛宣传动员,充分发挥学生家长及社会舆论的作用,积极营造良好的活动氛围。结合实际,签

28、0S2R8不育人的思想。工作方面有没有敷衍塞责、马虎从教,不备课,不批改作业,上班炒股,从事第二职业等行为;有没有拒不接受学校正常工作安排,消极怠工,甚至擅自脱岗;有没有不爱学习,不钻研业务的行为;有没有讽刺、挖苦学生,歧视后进生,体罚或变相体罚学生的行为。行为方面是否存在有偿家教,向学生、家长推销教辅资料,接受或索要学生、家长财物等以教谋私的行为。学校认真查找是否有强制学生收费的问题。2阶段要求通过开展学生和家长问卷调查,召开学生和家长座谈会等方式了解本校的师德师风情况,在教师中开展无记名问卷互评,或聘请师德师风监督员等形式定期收集意见和建议,对反映出来的问题及时告知教师,并督促其认真整改。
29、坚持边学边纠正的原则,把学习教育、查摆问题有机结合起来,在“学”中“查”,在“查”中“纠”,在此过程中进一步提高认识,巩固“学”的效果。对于存在的问题,认真制定整改方案,突出整改重点、落实整改措施和整改时限,切实予以整改。各校认真组织自检自查,形成自查报告。(三)开展活动,贯彻落实阶段(2019 年 4 月 8 月)1活动内容采取集中与分散相结合,集体学习与个人自学相结合的方法,进一步提高全校教师特别是年轻教师对加强自身师德修养意义的认识,增强以德治教,依法治教的意识。组织教师学习教师法、义务教育法、中小学教师职业道德规范、公民道德实施纲要等法律法规和相关文件,文档编码:CF9A4H6T4J2
