1、教师个人读书心得体会歌德这样说:“读一本好书,就是和许多高尚的人对话。”最近,我认真阅读了安奈特的给教师的101 条建议捧读此书,给我很多收获,带给我教学上许多建议,在原来教学中的许多疑虑一下烟消云散,里面收入了101 个教育小故事,涉及教育的各个方面,有教师教育孩子的心得,有课堂上意外发生后的随想,有转变观念的体会,有关爱孩子的收获 读着书中的故事,我不由联想到了自己,如果我遇到了类似的情况,我会如故事中老师一样对待如此的学生吗?当意外发生时,当学生的行为已经超越了底线,我会如何呢?我会和故事中的老师一样一笑了之,灵活的对付,还是会大发雷霆,以自己的威严压载学生个性的闪现?我不得而知,但是我

2、已经在慢慢转变我自己,慢慢融入到孩子们中间,成为他们最为可亲的朋友。读过此书,我印象最深的是最后一章节:不要放弃任何一个孩子。其中讲到“优秀的老师,让差生变好,让好生更优秀。学生失败的同时,我们也失败了。”反省自己,我所教的班里差生较多,每次上课他们都会思想开小差,跟不上进度,久而久之,他们就成了我的眼中钉,肉中刺,轻者无视他们的存在,重者惩罚他们,现在想来感到很惭愧,每个人都有自己的一技之长,都有自己的分工,自己的生存方式,何必强求十指一样长呢?我们作为教师,不是只培养参天大树,而是让每朵小花都开得灿烂。他爱音乐,就让他成为一名音乐家;他爱美术,就让他成为一名小画家 那样,我们才真正做到因材

3、施教,为了一切学生。教育故事,就像长河里的涓涓溪流,平淡而又长远;教育故事,平常中包藏着经典,蕴含着永远。每天,每周,每月,记录一个小故事,将一个个鲜活的案例呈现出来,可以帮助更多的老师拓宽视野,提升修养。让我们一起,记录下身边发生的一个个教育故事,提升自己,更为他人提供一个范例。相信我心一定有收获。教给学生一杯水,教师应该有一桶水。对于我们教师而言,要学的东西太多,而做为年轻教师的我知道的东西又太少了。教师只有再度做为学生,拿起书本,不断地充实自己才能与时俱进,不断以全新的眼光来观察和指导整个教育过程。牢固树立终身学习的理念,创造性地开展教书育人工作。比方向更重要的是态度,比态度更重要的是毅

12、所以学生求学,固然要学而不厌,就是当教员的,也要真正做到学而不厌”。那么如何才能真正“做最好的老师”呢?编者在如何做最好的教师一书中将影响教师一生的中外教育家经典感言分别进行了阐述,对于我们教师具有深刻的借鉴和指导意义。作为老师的我也不由地思考了从教十几年来,在教学实践中的得失,并将其与读完本书后的感悟深入地融合在一起,得到了一种体会,即“如何做最好的教师”最基础、最根本的是要做到两点:(1)时刻保持对学生的爱;(2)始终坚持将这种爱付之实施的心态与行动。本书中提到狄德罗提出:“教师要有丰富的情感 热爱孩子,是教师生活中最主要的东西。不允许漠视学生的情感,因为教师的漠视就是一种摧残,这是不能容

20、8Y1V2Y5A1大,最后排挤掉自己缺点的杂草。如果我们用成人的冷漠去对待孩子的真诚,那么一切“语重心长”的教育都无济于事。都说人没当母亲之前看学生是一种心态,当了母亲之后又是一种心态,以我的理解,可能当了母亲,有了自己的孩子,对待学生便有了孩子自己母亲的心境。不管听话的、不听话的、漂亮的、不漂亮的、聪明的或是不聪明的孩子,在母亲的眼中都是有无数优点的。我们常说要发现孩子身上的“闪光点”,我想,如果有了母爱之心,我们就会发现,原来这种“闪光点”无处不在。并不是有了爱就有了一切,这种对学生的爱绝不是迁就纵容学生,绝不是放弃严格要求和严肃的纪律。教育中真正的“爱”,意味着要对学生的成长以及未来一生

21、负责,所以教师不能凭个人好恶只喜欢那些自己认为“可爱”的孩子,而应该怀着一种责任把欣赏和期待投向每一个学生,包括“差生”。并且真正的教育之爱,并不是迁就学生,不是放弃“严格要求和严肃的纪律”,而是要给学生的成长和发展提供帮助和服务,我们要给与学生的,是他们走出校园多年以后仍然保留在身上的,深入骨髓的习惯和性格。这种带有养成良好文明习惯的“养成教育”必然带有“强制性”,离开了严格要求,便不是真正的爱。同时,这种爱对不同的学生有不同的内容,如对学习成绩优异的学生怀着一颗爱才之心;对淘气、不守纪律的学生怀着一颗宽容之心;对学习较困难的学生怀着一颗关怀之心 这些爱是成为最好老师的基础。作为班主任的我,

29、好事不难,难的是做一辈子好事。一个老师创造一个感人的场面并不难,但一个老师,能够长期像书中所提到的教育家们对待每一个学生,难!因此,只有把教育作为一种事业,始终如一地把对学生的爱进行到底,才能真正地“做最好的教师”。在现实生活中,最好的老师,我们每一位教育工作者都想当,但不是所有人都能当上,这是为什么?难道说做最好的老师、成为名师真的就这么难吗?我想不是这样的,只是我们缺少了勇气与自信,更缺少了作为纯粹教育人的那种激情!要做最好的老师,那就要带着“爱”这个教育理念行走在教育道路上,爱教育事业,把教育当作自己的一项事业,爱学生,用真正的爱 师爱,去对待学生,为学生的的未来服务!由此我也感到,作为
