1、教育随笔:孩子们爱上了“睡前故事”小九班:吴晶晶教育随笔:大家都知道幼儿园午睡是幼儿一日生活中最重要也是最安静的环节,有一个好的午睡质量能让孩子们健康的长身体。但是自开学以来,我们小九班孩子的午睡就是班里老师最头疼、小朋友们最排斥的事情。我发现让幼儿安静的午睡并没有想象中那么简单,他们每到这个时候,我班小朋友都表现的异常兴奋。由于床都是紧挨着的,因此,他们凑在一起好像有说不完的话,尽管老师不断强调:“闭上眼睛,安静入睡。”仍就有幼儿偷偷说话尤其是木拉迪力、阿依库提、孙守新、李景泰、胡彩蝶等孩子,每次午睡时间他们都很难入睡,并且还喜欢左翻右翻,嘴里发出声音,和旁边的小朋友一起吵闹,影响班中其他孩
2、子的午睡。一次偶然的机会,我发现孩子们非常喜欢听我讲故事,彬彬妈妈告诉我:“孩子回家说我是故事大王,因为我讲的故事和平时他们听到的不一样。”于是我就想到了利用自己改编的睡前童话故事来吸引孩子们,作为交换条件来帮助孩子们安静午睡,养成良好的午睡习惯。于是,孩子们怀着对故事的期待,纷纷进了午睡室,在数字“1 至 10”的提醒下加快了脱衣动作,开心的钻进了被窝。而且我会提醒孩子们,找个最舒服的姿势躺下,眼睛闭上,全身放松,等每个人都不做小动作了,我的精彩故事才会开始。为了更好的有催眠的作用,我通常会根据心理学上催眠术的提示,将故事情节或节奏做一些处理,使故事张弛有度,在体验紧张的情节后,再给他们彻底
3、的放松,这样可能更方便幼儿的入睡。另外我还会有技巧的将故事的精彩片段分成两次讲述,以吊孩子的胃口来促使孩子们安静午睡,明天能继续故事的听讲。此外我还会根据班里孩子的个别情况来讲述改编故事,例如干燥的天气,有的孩子喜欢挖鼻孔,我就会讲鼻子流血了等故事,让孩子意识到这样做可能会出现的情况如何保护自己。再比如,当孩子不专心听讲时,用好动的小猴让他们看到了多动、不专心引发的后果,从中提醒他们要做个认真听讲的好孩子。慢慢的,我能在午睡室听见故事开始后的鸦雀无声,听到孩子们一阵阵均匀的呼吸声,看到孩子们熟睡的小脸。虽然到目前为止,还有个别孩子需要20 分钟到 30 分钟才能入睡,我们班最难入睡的阿依库提小
