1、篮球双手胸前传接球教学设计一教学背景本课教学以健康第一为指导方针,以激发学生兴趣、培养学生能力、发展学生个性、寓德育于体育与健康教学中为指导思想,激励学生主动探索,激发学生的内在动力,让学生在活动中培养兴趣,在兴趣中学会思考,在思考中掌握动作,在掌握动作中提高运动能力和发展身体素质。结合八年级学生的实际情况,让学生进行自主性练习,使不同层次的学生学习体育基础知识、基本技术和发展技能的同时,能够在欢快的气氛中愉悦身心、增强体质,从而使学生提高体育学习的兴趣,个性得以发展,并逐步树立终身体育的意识。二.教学课题篮球双手胸前传接球。本课练习以进一步让学生了解双手胸前传接球技术为主要目的,创设乐学情境
2、,并充分发挥学生的主体作用,挖掘每个学生的潜能,培养学生的自主性、创造性和独立性。三教材分析本课主教材是篮球双手胸前传接球,它是篮球运动中最主要的基本技术,是初中篮球教学重要组成部分,是更好地学习其它技战术的基础,传接球技术好坏直接影响到集体力量的发挥和战术配合的质量,所以我们必须高度重视学习和掌握这一技术。第二个复习篮球双手头上传球,通过复习的形式,让学生充分掌握双手头上传球技术要领。四.学情分析本次课所授班级为初中一年级学生,每班有60 人左右,体育基础水平很不平衡,但具有一定的模仿能力、观察能力和理解能力,及班级的学习氛围浓厚。五.教法与学法教法:讲解示范法,纠错指导法,游戏竞赛法。学法

36、G1 ZT8L5U7D2G61 准备部分五分钟(1)课堂常规:集合整队,点查人数,师生问好,宣布本节课的教学内容,安排见习生。(2)教师将学生分成人数相等的四组进行运球看谁跑到快的游戏,通过游戏达到热身的目的。(3)在音乐伴奏下,教师引领学生做关节操,使学生的各个关节都能充分的活动开。避免在接下来的学习中受伤。(4)在游戏中找到学习感觉,慢慢进入角色。2 基本部分三十分钟一 尝试性练习:将学生分成三人一组,到指定场地进行传接球自主练习,通过练习让学生们体会双手胸前传接球的动作感受。二 学生观看挂图,首先对双手胸前传接球有个初步的动作概念。然后,教师讲解示范动作要领,(持球动作:五指自然分开,拇
37、指相对成八字行,掌心空出;传球动作:蹬、伸、翻、拨;接球动作:伸、收、屈肘)通过教师准确的讲解示范,加深学生对胸前双手传接球的认识。三 原地徒手模仿双手胸前传接球动作,把学生分成两人一组进行模仿传接球动作,彼此相互观察相互纠正,通过练习,让学生进一步体会双手胸前传接球的动作要领。四 进行有球传接球练习,教师把学生分成人数相当的四组,两组一伙间隔五米,进行面对面的传接球练习。在练习过程中我发现学生普遍存在传球肘、臂外展和接球手型不正确的现象。针对这一问题,我分别制定了用“小球练习”和“学生自抛自接球”练习,通过小球练习让同学们体会传球的动作感觉。通过学生自抛自接球练习,养成张手、伸臂迎球和及时屈
