1、初中优秀教师学期个人工作总结20 xx20 xx 学年第一学期个人工作总结时光飞逝,转眼间一个学期又过去了。当我回忆这几个月的历程时,我不禁感叹时间的飞速和生活的繁忙。也正是繁忙,才让我感觉到生活的充实。本学期我担任七年级一二、一四两班的数学教学工作。在本学期的教学中,让我深深地感到教课中的辛苦和欢乐。正因为如此,我严格遵循教学环节,课前认真备课。下面结合本学期教学实践总结本学期工作如下:在思想上,我热爱祖国,坚持四项基本原则,拥护中国共产党。全面贯彻党的教育方针,忠诚党的教育事业。关心国家大事。积极参加学校组织的各项政治活动,认真学习中小学职业道德规范,教师法,义务教育法等法律法规,并且认真

2、执行学校的各项规章制度。团结同志,做到爱校如家,爱生如子。全心全意搞好教学,管教管导,言传身教,教书育人。在教学上,我做到了:1、认真备课。平时做到周前备课。虚心向同组老师学习、请教。为了能够上好每一节课,我收集了大量资料,集中别人的优点确定自己的教学思路,力求吃透教材,找准重点、难点,为了学生能更直观地感受精品资料-欢迎下载-欢迎下载 名师归纳-第 1 页,共 11 页 -所学的知识内容。根据所任班级学生的实际情况进行修改,既要备学生又要备教材教法,我在这方面下了不少功夫,力争每一课都做到:“有备而去”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,课后及时对该课以及该班级作出总结。2、认真上课。上好课的前

3、提是做好课前准备,不打无准备之仗。上课时认真讲课,力求抓住重点,突破难点,精讲精练。力争做到每个孩子都学会,不但要会做而且要会总结,会运用。还运用多种教学方法,从学生的实际出发,注意调动学生学习的积极性,增强上课技能,提高教学质量,加强师生交流,使他们增强对数学课的兴趣。充分调动学生的学习积极性,激发学生的学习情绪,合理运用教学手段,以学生为主体,教师作主导,以探究的方式创设教学情境,开拓学生思维,发挥学生的想象力,切实地向课堂四十五分钟要质量。级中开展互帮互学小组,进行一帮一的学习活动,使学生端正思想,互相学习,互想促进,形成你追我赶的良好学习氛围。平时,自己还注意“两手抓”:一方面培养好尖

11、D9W5文档编码:CJ1N7N4P6I5 HT8H7L5O5E5 ZN6N1P10D9W5多检查,及时疏导,及时反馈的形式,努力提高后进生的文化基础知识。同时,在班帮教计划,开展“伸出你的双手,帮助你的朋友”的互帮互学主题活动。定期检查,发现有进步的同学,及时表扬,奖励。这样,就充分调动了学生的学习积极性,掀起学习热潮。在业务上,我有疑必问,学习别人的优点,克服自己的不足。抓住学校安排每一次听课的机会,认真听课、评课、观摩、研讨活动,虚心学习,不耻下问,及时消化,吸取别人的精华,在自己的教学中不断实践,不断提高。平时向书本学习、向身边有经验的老师学习,提高自己的课堂教学水平。教学研究活动,老师

12、们积极参与,在教学中自觉养成学习、反思、研究的习惯。在实践中发现问题,研究问题,解决问题,不断总结,共同提升。在不断的工作实践中,我深深地认识到,教育教学需要我不断的加强学习、反思,提高自身的素养。在我的努力下,所教两班的成绩均获得了全镇前五名的好成绩。以上是我这学期在数学教学方面取得的成绩和经验,但也存在较多的不足,如课堂上操作欠灵活,尤其是后进生工作,做的不够好,以致个别学生成绩不理想。今后,我会多作他们的工作,帮助他们学习,提高他们的成绩。还有在如何做到科学计划、科学落实、科学评价学生,如何作好更好的教书育人,这些还需不断地努力。精品资料-欢迎下载-欢迎下载 名师归纳-第 3 页,共 1

20、学生的情感,使他们产生愉悦的心境,创造良好的课堂气氛,课堂语言简洁明了,克服以前重复的毛病,课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学数学的兴趣,课堂上讲练结合,布置好家庭作业,作业少而精,减轻学生的负担。3、要做好课后辅导工作,初中的学生爱动、好玩,缺乏自控能力,常在学习上不能按时完成作业,有的学生抄袭作业,针对这种问题,就要抓好学生的思想教育,并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学习指导中去,还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作,尤其在后进生的转化上,对后进生努力做到从友善开始,比如,握握他的手,摸摸他的头,或帮助整理衣服。从赞美着手,所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重,所以,和差生交谈时,对他的处境、想法
