9、由进口引渠及埋涵段、盲洞段、进口闸井段、洞身段、出口闸井段、消力池段组成,全长 588.7m。采用有压泄流方式,出口消力池消能。出口高边坡防护工程采用C25,L=4 米砂浆锚杆,间排距2m,梅花型布置;C25 砼挂网喷护(,10200),喷护厚度 150mm;边坡设置排水孔,孔径,100,伸入岩石 4m,间排距 3m,下倾 10,梅花形布置;在边坡设置8 8m,T=60t,L=25m,下倾 15的压力分散型预应力锚索;对导流洞出口闸井正上方孤立破碎岩石做锚喷封闭处理,具体技术要求为:挂网钢筋,8150(挂网4m 自钻式锚杆随机布置),喷 30cm厚 C25 混凝土,孤立破碎岩石喷锚与开挖岩石面

10、喷锚应平顺衔接。二、编制依据1、建筑边坡工程技术规范GB50330-2002 2、锚杆喷射混凝土支护规范GB50086-2001 3、依据会议纪要、来往文件以及业主、监理对本工程节点工期要求;4、根据我单位对现场的勘察,以及积累的成熟技术、施工工艺方法及同类工程的施工经验。三、施工方法、顺序及工艺流程根据规范要求凡边坡工程均应按照在石方施工中边开挖边支护的施工方法进行,但由于本工程前期为了抢进度,边坡锚喷支护工作严重滞后,为此给后期边坡锚喷支护施工带来了一定的难度。由于此高边坡没有施工道路,最大喷锚高度约为1390m,施工机具材料全靠人工往上背运,施工工效大大降低,成本增大。根据现场查勘出口高

18、凸出部分岩石从上至下钻孔从下至上注浆安装锚杆从上至下分级挂钢筋网片从上至下分级喷射砼养护验收从上至下分级拆除脚手架3.3 工艺流程锚喷支护边坡:施工准备测量放线搭设施工脚手架及施工平台人工清坡坡面锚孔施工锚孔验收锚孔注浆锚杆安装分级挂钢筋网片固定钢筋网(焊接)分级喷射砼全部拆除脚手架养护锚杆抗拔试验(施工预留)边坡锚喷支护验收四、施工措施及技术要求4.1 搭设施工脚手架及操作平台a、本工程脚手架采用钢管脚手架搭设,钢管为,50 无缝钢管,无破损和变形现象,上下对齐。b、此工程属于高边坡工程,搭设施工平台采用竹跳板搭设,故搭设过程中注意施工安全、扣件间的螺丝松紧程度、跳板两端应牢牢固定在脚手架上

19、,禁止搭“瞎子跳、悬挑跳”。c、平台搭设宽度为2 米,每层高度为 2 米,脚手架及平台搭设要稳固、具有抗冲击、振动能力。4.2 人工凿打清除坡面松散岩石a、进场后采用人工,从上往下清除坡面杂物和松动石块,凿掉小块松动、悬浮岩石,达到施工面平整,以利于喷射混凝土与坡面紧密连接。b、对大块岩石采用人工配合机械切割方法,化整为零,逐步消除。c、清除危岩时在平台四周挂好安全网,每层平台铺满跳板,防止岩石滚出施工场地,损坏机械设备及造成人员伤亡事故。4.3 锚杆施工4.3.1 施工工艺流程文档编码:CY6M3U7F2L4 HL3K5V3R9H8 ZC3C4L10U3E9文档编码:CY6M3U7F2L4

27、钻机全面钻进的施工工艺,排水孔采用支架式潜孔钻机全面钻进的施工工艺。钻机就位后,调整立轴角度,使之对准孔位,且与设计倾角一致。钻机必须保持水平、稳固。合理选择钻进技术参数(钻压、转速、泵量)提高钻进效率,确保成孔质量和施工工期。4.3.4 操作规程a、开孔慢速钻进,待正常后全速钻进;b、施工机具、钻杆必须垂直,以确保锚孔斜度达到设计规定;c、钻孔的施工记录是作为原始资料建档的第一手资料,必须及时、全面、准确、清楚的填写。4.3.5 清孔成孔达到设计要求深度后,采用机械清孔,将孔内岩粉、岩屑、沉渣清除干净,确保孔底沉渣厚小于5cm。4.3.6 锚杆制安a、锚杆钢筋、应有专门的库房堆放,避免污染和

35、4 4.3.7 锚孔注浆a、灌浆用 M50 水泥砂浆,水泥根据本公司送检材料采用P.O425;砂的含泥量按重量计不得大于3%,砂中云母、有机物、硫化物和硫酸盐等有害物质的含量不得大于1%;水中不应有影响水泥正常凝结和硬化的有害物质,不得使用污水;灰砂比宜为0.8 1.5,水灰比宜为0.380.5。b、支护锚杆按先注浆后插筋的方式施工。注浆前应将孔内清理干净,注浆管插入孔内管口距孔底100mm,锚杆应插入孔内距孔底20cm;由于锚杆在插入锚杆后锚孔内有空洞或锚孔口处缺浆应在45min 内及时补浆,保证注浆的饱满和密实。c、灌浆前应检查灌浆管路是否畅通,发现堵塞应及时起拔重新下注浆管。d、砂浆现场

36、按配合比计量过磅制作,砂浆浆液搅拌均匀,随拌随用,浆液应在初凝前用完。e、注浆作业前,先用稀水泥浆润滑注浆泵和管路然后压力注浆。为防止孔内溢出的砂浆留到下排锚孔内凝固后阻塞锚孔,故注浆应从下往上注,边注浆边拔注浆管直至孔口泛浆为止,判断孔内注浆是否合格应看孔口所泛出的浆液是否有杂质(孔内所残留的积水、石块、土粒等),若有应继续注浆直至没有为止。f、灌浆用水泥为普通P.O42.5 硅酸盐水泥。g、砂浆灌注采用BW-150型压力注浆泵进行灌注,灌注压力为0.35MPa。h、灌浆时如遇岩层里有裂缝贯通漏失,采用加速凝剂或分次注浆法进行解决。4.3.8 锚杆验收试验a、注浆密实度试验选取与现场锚杆的直

44、锚杆抽查3 根作为一组进行拉拔力试验。砂浆锚杆灌注砂浆28 天后,即可进行拉拔试验。破坏性试验时,逐级加载至拔出锚杆或将锚杆拉断。喷锚支护中抽检的锚杆,当拉拔力达到规定值时,立即停止加载,结束试验。c、钢筋、水泥、砂浆等原材料和半成品,按规定要求取样试验。并报送监理人。d、检验和试验资料及时送交监理。4.4 钢筋网片施工a、钢筋网钢筋应严格按设计规格、型号进行购买。每批钢筋进场时要请监理工程师进行抽样送检,经检验符合要求才能使用。b、钢筋网根据设计采用,10 钢筋,应先对钢筋进行拉伸调直(可起到除锈作用),然后才能根据实际情况对照现场进行计算下料长度。c、钢筋下好料后应按要求分类堆放在指定地点

45、,以便安装时方便快捷不易出错。d、钢筋网安装:根据本工程施工要求应从上至下逐级施工,钢筋网格间严格按设计要求200mm 200mm进行控制。钢筋网应按规范要求对各网格进行梅花形绑扎牢固,使其网片钢筋交接处不产生位移现象为准。e、钢筋网应随受喷面起伏铺设,与受喷面的间隙一般为3cm,钢筋网的喷射混凝土保护层厚度不小于2cm,钢筋网与锚杆连接处锚杆应锚入钢筋网内与钢筋网焊接牢固,使其喷射混凝土后边坡锚喷整体性能良好。4.5 喷射混凝土施工出口高边坡挂网喷射混凝土厚度为15cm,出口闸井上方孤立部位为 30cm,喷射砼标号C25。喷射混凝土采用湿喷法,施工工艺流程见喷射混凝土施工工艺流程图。文档编码
