1、甬梁线鄞州段(K0+900K8+300)改建工程第三合同段沥青混凝土路面试验段总结报告浙江良和交通建设有限公司第 3 合同段项目经理部沥青混凝土路面试验段施工总结一、工程概况:甬梁线鄞州段改建工程第三合同段,起点位于新丰路(桩号 K3+800),终点位于绕城高速公路高桥互通西侧,与老甬梁线公路顺接(桩号 K7+470),全长 3.67Km。我项目部于 2015 年 10 月 1 日在 K3+800K4+105 左幅进行沥青混凝土(AC-25C)试验段的施工,当天天气为晴,气温26。本次沥青混凝土试验段长度为305 米,其宽度为 16.5 米,厚度为 8cm,沥青混合料用量为 402.6m3。试
2、验路段油石比4.0%,混合料采用中心站集中拌合法拌制,根据路面结构层的厚度及结构类型,采用两台TITAN325 型号摊铺机,一前一后并排摊铺前进。于10 月1 日上午 7:00 正式开始混合料拌和,7:40 开始摊铺,13:30 摊铺完成,于 14:10 完成碾压。二、沥青混凝土(AC-25C)配合比设计2.1、目标配合比设计2.1.1 设计依据1.公路沥青路面施工技术规范(JTG F40-2004)2.公路工程集料试验规程(JTG E42-2005)3.公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程(JTG E202011)4.甬梁线鄞州段改建工程两阶段施工图设计2.1.2 设计过程2.1.2.1原材料本
