1、初一上学期班主任工作总结第一篇:初一上学期班主任工作总结初一上学期班主任工作总结东溪中学:赵福庆本学期由我担任初一(2)班主任,现对本人这学期的工作作如下总结。主要做了如下工作:(一)加强学生的思想道德教育,并结合当今社会的发展,让他们形成与社会相适应当价值观、时效观以及信念观,让他们明确未来的社会是一个竞争的社会,人只有一直保持进步,才能在竞争的社会中立于不败之地,进而让他们树立起立志成才、刻苦钻研学习的精神,并建立起终身学习的意识。同时开展爱国、爱校、爱班集体的教育,建立起良好的集体荣誉感,并为了班集体的利益而努力奋斗。(二)结合本班实际情况,狠抓课堂、自习纪律与出勤,为学习营造良好的学习

2、氛围。为了提高本班的学业水平,我采取了以下措施:(1)找后进生谈心,了解他们对学习的看法、以及存在地问题,以便采取有针对的措施。(2)深入班内调查,并向班干部了解班级情况,随时纠正班内出现的“不正之风”。(三)加强班级体建设,提升班集体的凝聚力。由于初一是新班集体,学生来自不同的班级,互相之间了解甚少,这不利于班集体的良性发展,为此,我做了如下措施,以增强班集体的凝聚力:精品资料-欢迎下载-欢迎下载 名师归纳-第 1 页,共 15 页 -(1)制定集体共同完成的目标,在学习生活中以集体观念熏陶大家。如:打扫卫生,我安排了八人为一小组,负责一天的清洁与保洁,并有专人负责检查,并将每周的结果公布于

3、黑板,对于优秀组每月进行表彰。这样有利于学生为了集体的利益而努力。经过一学期来看,效果是比较明显的。(2)对于晚自习的纪律和每天的出勤,也实行分组评比。本班共分为 12 组,每组一个组长,每天有专人对晚自习的纪律和每天的出勤进行考核,每月进行一次评比;对于优秀的组,要表彰;对于较差的组,要集体批评。(3)利用班会课,我也时常跟他们讨论集体的作用。一学期来,经过全班同学的共同努力,本班无论是在学业水平上,还是在班级管理上,都取得了不错的成绩;但仍还有不少的问题,如:后进生的转化效果仍然不理想?仍然有部分同学的集体观念淡薄等等。我将继续努力,认真汲取教训,总结经验,争取在下学期做得更好。第二篇:初

12、先是选那些责任心强,办事公正;其次是品学兼优,有较强的组织能力,易与他人沟通的学生。这些同学上任后,工作热情高,积极主动,在各项活动中能起到模范带头作用。在班级管理中,师生共同决策,使学生感觉到班级的事也有他们的一部分。通过自我管理,既加强了班干部队伍的建设,培养了学生组织管理能力,又提高了全体学生的自觉性,自制力。三、教会学生科学的学习方法,营造良好的学习环境。现在初中学生的学习、生活有绝大部分时间是在学校里度过的。班级即是学生的一个大家庭。营造良好的学习环境,对提高学生的自我管理能力,起了相当大的作用。首先对学生进行理想教育,学习目的教育,习惯的养成教育,培养其自信心及责任意识,让他们明确

21、体就会失去教育功能。集体荣誉感是建设良好班集体,它能使几乎所有的学生都自觉地为争取和维护集体荣誉而努力。集体荣誉感也是一种约束力量,它能使学生产生一种责任感,从而使每个学生为维护集体的荣誉而服从集体的决定,克服自身的缺点。第三篇:初一上学期班主任工作总结初一上学期班主任工作总结本学期,我受学校安排,担任初一年级 9 班的班主任工作。回顾这一学期的工作,我主要以行为习惯教育为主,以素质教育为辅,在学校的正确领导下,我认真负责,勤恳敬业。初步形成了良好的班风、学风。学生之间已形成了一定的竞争氛围和团结友爱的可喜局面,班级已经有了一定的凝聚力。但也有一些方面不尽人意,还需继续努力。半年来,我主要是从

30、做,什么不该做,怎样做才符合要求。宣讲完成之后,再在班上张贴出来,时时给同学们一个警醒。三、从小事做起,培养学生良好的学习习惯、纪律习惯和卫生习惯。不论是在学习上还是在生活习惯上,我都要求学生养成良好的习惯。学习上,要求独立按时按质按量完成;行为规范上,要求遵守一切规章制度,做文明学生;做好一切课前准备工作。纪律上保证上课认真听讲不影响他人,无论是班主任的课还是课任老师的课,一律要认真对待。个人保持好自己周围的卫生,值日生做好班级室内外卫生的打扫,要有主人翁责任感,对待班级要像自己家一样。四、班委的选用及班级管理的各项工作的有序开展。一个新班级的营建,选好班委是很重要的一个环节。我通过两个渠道

38、10K2N1A4Z3己搞,自己的事情自己做,让学生们有自己当家作主的权利。因此班委选定后,让她们分工作好班级日志的记录,从纪律、卫生等方面管理班级。我充分让孩子们当好自己的家,作好自己的主,收到很好的效果。五、利用班会课树立良好的班级舆论导向。重视班会课的作用,坚持每堂班会课都进行思想教育,树立好的榜样与典型,使学生具有集体荣誉感,使班级形成良好的风气,让学生知道对与错,好与坏。使违纪学生在学生中没有市场。违纪后会受到其他学生的舆论谴责。我发现每次用干巴巴的语言来要求某些事情,很无味,于是我就请班委成员轮流两周一总结。在肯定自己能行的情况下,自我约束,树立为自己而学习的目标,从学习中感受到乐趣
