1、1 初中化学新课程标准第一部分前言化学是自然科学的重要组成部分,它侧重于研究物质的组成、结构和性能的关系,以及物质转化的规律和调控手段。今天,化学已发展成为材料科学、生命科学、环境科学和能源科学的重要基础,成为推进现代社会文明和科学技术进步的重要力量,并正在为解决人类面临的一系列危机,如能源危机、环境危机和粮食危机等,做出积极的贡献。作为科学教育的重要组成部分,新的化学课程倡导从学生和社会发展的需要出发,发挥学科自身的优势,将科学探究作为课程改革的突破口,激发学生的主动性和创新意识,促使学生积极主动地学习,使获得化学知识和技能的过程也成为理解化学、进行科学探究、联系社会生活实际和形成科学价值观

2、的过程。一、课程性质义务教育阶段的化学课程,可以帮助学生理解化学对社会发展的作用,能从化学的视角去认识科学、技术、社会和生活方面的有关问题,了解化学制品对人类健康的影响,懂得运用化学知识和方法去治理环境污染,合理地开发和利用化学资源;增强学生对自然和社会的责任感;使学生在面临与化学有关的社会问题的挑战时,能做出更理智、更科学的决策。义务教育阶段的化学课程应该体现启蒙性、基础性。一方面提精品资料-欢迎下载-欢迎下载 名师归纳-第 1 页,共 29 页 -2 供给学生未来发展所需要的最基础的化学知识和技能,培养学生运用化学知识和科学方法分析和解决简单问题的能力;另一方面使学生从化学的角度逐步认识自

3、然与环境的关系,分析有关的社会现象。二、基本理念1.让每一个学生以轻松愉快的心情去认识多姿多彩、与人类息息相关的化学,积极探究化学变化的奥秘,形成持续的化学学习兴趣,增强学好化学的自信心。2.给每一个学生提供平等的学习机会,使他们都能具备适应现代生活及未来社会所必需的化学知识、技能、方法和态度,具备适应未来生存和发展所必备的科学素养,同时又注意使不同水平的学生都能在原有基础上得到良好的发展。3.注意从学生已有的经验出发,让他们在熟悉的生活情景中感受化学的重要性,了解化学与日常生活的密切关系,逐步学会分析和解决与化学有关的一些简单的实际问题。4.让学生有更多的机会主动地体验探究过程,在知识的形成

11、C7 HO1W2C7P8H10 ZC9T3I5A2I8文档编码:CV9L6V8P4C7 HO1W2C7P8H10 ZC9T3I5A2I83 掌握知识、技能的程度,又注重评价学生的科学探究能力和实践能力,还要关注学生在情感态度与价值观方面的发展。在学习过程中,力求使更多的学生学会反思和自我评价。三、设计思路全日制义务教育化学课程标准(实验稿)(以下简称标准)包括前言、课程目标、内容标准和实施建议四个部分,如下图所示:1.依据国际科学教育和化学课程改革的趋势,以及国内化学课程的现状和基础教育课程改革的指导思想,标准确立了化学课程改革的重点:以提高学生的科学素养为主旨;重视科学、技术与社会的相互联系

12、;倡导以科学探究为主的多样化的学习方式;强化评价的诊断、激励与发展功能。2.化学课程通过化学知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观等三个方面来体现对未来社会公民科学素养的培养,据此制定义务教育阶段化学课程的具体目标。3.标准 一方面强调科学探究是一种重要而有效的学习方式,在内容标准中对各主题的学习提出了探究活动的具体建议,旨在转变学生的学习方式,使学生积极主动地获取化学知识,激发学习兴趣,培养创新精神和实践能力;另一方面将科学探究作为义务教育阶段化学课程的重要学习内容,在内容标准中单独设立主题,明确地提出发展科学探究能力所包含的内容与培养目标。同时,标准对科学探究的教学实施和评价也提出了相应

20、 五个内容主题,规定了具体的课程内容标准。这些内容是学生终身学习和适应现代社会生活所必需的化学基础知识,也是对学生进行情感态度与价值观教育的载体。5.标准 中的 活动与探究建议 是为了突出学生的实践活动,充分发挥学生学习的主体性而设置的。实验是学生学习化学、实现科学探究的重要途径,观察、调查、资料收集、阅读、讨论、辩论等也是积极的学习方式。这些活动本身就是化学课程内容的有机组成部分,也是全面实现化学课程目标的基本保证。6.标准中的可供选择的学习情景素材包括与学习内容相关的各种背景资料,如化学史料、日常生活中生动的自然现象和化学事实、化学科学与技术发展及应用的重大成就、化学对社会发展影响的事件等
