32、ZA7M7V2J1N6word III/33 摘要10KV 配电线路作为中低压架空线路一般没有特殊的保护措施,常常作为电力系统更贴近用户的一级。由于中低压配电线路缺少防雷措施,比拟容易因雷击产生线路烧断、跳闸停电等电力事故。有关数据明确,10KV 配电线路频繁的雷害事故严重危害了配电网的供电可靠性和电网安全,直接影响人民群众的生产和生活,对国民经济的增长带来巨大的反作用。从国家综合利益和人民健康生活方面来讲,研究10KV配电线路的防雷保护措施具有相当重要的工程实际意义。文章主要分析了绝缘子闪络损伤原理、架空绝缘导线雷击断线原理和并联间隙防雷机理,进展绝缘子冲击放电试验、架空绝缘导线击穿试验和绝

33、缘子并联间隙试验等实验室试验,并进展试验室数据分析,旨在根据相关分析找出影响不同绝缘子、绝缘导线、间隙等防雷的主要因素,进而针对这些主要因素提出防雷措施。通过实验发现,绝缘子使用U50%放电电压高的绝缘子有利于提高线路的绝缘水平,增强配电线路的耐雷水平;绝缘子的积污在雷雨情况下,将会造成线路的绝缘水平的下降;绝缘子击穿电压与绝缘长度大致符合线性关系,绝缘长度一般取177mm 为最优;在一样湿度下,枯燥绝缘子的击穿电压U50%要比潮湿绝缘子击穿电压U50%高得多;在绝缘子湿度达到一定程度后,湿度本身已不是绝缘击穿的主要因素。绝缘导线的击穿均发生在距离绝缘子轴线200mm 以内,因此,只要在这个X

41、A7M7V2J1N6word 0/33 第一章绪论1.1 课题研究的目的和意义配电线路直接面向广阔电力用户,其供电的安全性和可靠性事关重大。10kV 配电网络结构复杂、绝缘水平低,不管直击雷还是感应雷,均能造成雷害事故。有关数据统计,在635kV电网中,雷击跳闸率居高,且经常有柱上开关、避雷器、变压器、套管等设备在雷电活动中损坏,在雷电活动强烈时,有的配电站所有10kV线路全部跳光。经过电网改造之后,在雷电活动密集的地区,雷害事故依旧时有发生,极大地影响了电网的供电可靠性和运行安全性。所以,本文的目的是对配电线路保护现状进展认真分析和研究,找出雷害事故的主要原因,改良和完善防雷措施。国内外研究

42、现状水平综述随着地区经济的开展,人们对电能的依赖越来越强,对供电可靠性的要求越来越高。配电网绝缘水平低,雷害事故时有发生,随着科学技术的开展,研究更安全、更环保、更廉价的防雷技术和防雷材料成为迫正在眉睫的问题。10KV 配网中主要有两种接地方式,即中性点非有效接地系统 中性点经消弧线圈接地也属于这一种和中性点经小电阻接地系统。目前,针对于10KV 配电线路的防雷技术有:安装避雷器、降低杆塔的接地电阻、装设自动重合闸装置、架设避雷线、使用消弧线圈等。1.2.1 安装避雷器根据以往经验,线路避雷器在线路防雷过程中有很好的效果,特别是在 10KV 配电线路的绝缘薄弱的地方,最好安装避雷器。随着配电线

43、路绝缘水平的不断提高,从性价比方面考虑,在线路上不在等间距大量安装避雷器。但是在一些特殊部位必须安装加以保护。1安装在有配变的的地方,兼做变压器保护;2为防止开路反射,假设柱上断路器没安装避雷器,在电源侧曾壮一组避雷器;3在转角杆角度小于 100度的杆处加装一组避雷器;4在大跨越档档距大于 500M 的两侧杆塔上各装设一组避雷器;510KV 线路交叉档两侧加装一组避雷器,防止不同电压等级线路出现交叉跨越事故。11.2.2 降低杆塔的接地电阻在配电线路中,降低杆塔的接地电阻的方法有:1采用用于降阻的水平接地体方法。不过接地体易腐蚀,降低使用年限;2利用降阻剂进展降阻。在水平接地体的周围世家搞笑膨

44、润土降阻防腐剂,不仅效果明显,而且性能稳定、不易腐蚀。21.2.3 装设自动重合闸装置线路遭受雷击后,存在雷电闪络,产生工频电弧使相间短路,断路器跳闸。在电弧熄灭后,应该立即恢复供电。为此,在多雷区的10KV 配电线路中尽量安装重合闸装置,提高供电可靠性。1.2.4 架设避雷线架设避雷线可有效地防止直击雷;对于感应雷,由于避雷线的屏蔽效果,可以抑制骑在相导线中产生的过电压。如果导线高度为10M,导线间距为 0.7M,设雷击点距离导线 50M,雷电流幅值为 500KV,装设一根架空地线,平均高度为 11M,如此感应雷过电压最大值可降低为文档编码:CR5A3V10Y7R2 HH8U8U7Z9R5
