10、。为什么他会这么重要,是因为假如没有信函的往来,那么很大一大部分的国际贸易很难去进行。所以,商业贸易中,商务英语信函在外贸交易里面的作用,就是去为两方的沟通交流去搭建一个桥梁,不仅精确,还要具体地去传递着双方的所有有用的、相关的信息。 本篇论文共分为了五个章节,第一章是对国际贸易和商务英语信函的概述,以及介绍了它的特点。在第二章中,对商务英语信函的文本特征进行了分析。第三章是对信函的写作原则中的清楚原则和礼貌原则进行了概述,第四章介绍了商务英语信函在国际贸易中有哪些基本功能,第五章对商务英语信函在国际贸易中应用的优势进行了总结。本文旨在让大家去了解国际商贸中的商务英语信函,以及它在国际商贸中的

On this time, the rapid development of technology and science has also promoted trade between countries to some extent. Therefore, how to communicate effectively be

17、tween trade partners appears to be very important. As far as international trade is concerned, buyers and sellers are located in different countries. And they are far apart from each other. And there is little chance of to conduct face-to-face negotiations. Therefore, international business activiti

18、es are mainly accomplish through these. Such as letters, mails and so on. These methods form a special kind of business English style. That is business English correspondence. Business English correspondence is to use the English of business majors to deliver relevant business information. It is the

19、 basis for international business activities. In international business, customers come from different countries. And they have different cultural backgrounds. Business English correspondence is particularly effective in international exchanges. We often use this way to communicate in international

20、business cooperation. Through two-way communication, the trade partners have full understanding of each other. In the end, we can understand each other and reach trade cooperation. Generally speaking, the quality of business English letter will largely determine whether a business activity can be su
