Do you know how to make a reservation?(Justification:this step can creat a relaxing atmosphere and attract students interest.)Step 2 pre-listening

4、(8 minutes)1) Ask the students to list the expressions they know they need to use when making a reservation.2) Ask students look at the questions in activity 1, then play the record.(Justification:this step can provide some background information and pave the way for the following activities.)Step 3

5、 while-listening (20 minutes)Ask students listen the conversation and answer the questions in Activity I.1) Ask students listen the conversation again and finish the table in the activity2. Then check the answer together.2) Ask students listen the conversation for the third time and complete the fol

Homework (2 minutes)Make a poster of the steps for booking a hotel/flight/table, and present in next class.
