4、、制 度、文化不断开展,拓展了开展中国家走向现代化的途径,给世界上那些既希望 加快开展又希望保持自身独立性的国家和民族提供了全新选择,为解决人类问题 贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。金融行业对我国经济开展起到了重要的促进作用。2017年的政府工作报告 指出:抓好金融体制改革。促进金融机构突出主业、下沉重心,增强服务实体经 济能力,坚决防止脱实向虚。鼓励大中型商业银行设立普惠金融事业部,国有大 型银行要率先做到,实行差异化考核评价方法和支持政策,有效缓解中小微企业 融资难、融资贵问题。发挥好政策性开发性金融作用。推动融资租赁业健康开展。 当前系统性风险总体可控,但对不良资产、债券违约、影子银行、互联网

5、金融等 累积风险要高度警惕。积极稳妥推进金融监管体制改革,有序化解处置突出风险 点,整顿规范金融秩序,筑牢金融风险防火墙。本课程首先对国际金融开展历史及金融危机进行回顾,然后结合中国金融市 场的开展与现状进行讨论,探讨如何加快完善社会主义市场经济体制,推动形成 全面开放新格局。四、课程内容概要(一)课程目标 Course objectivesThis course aims to introduce you the latest issues in our economic world and financial market. First, some basic knowledge abou

6、t economic system and financial markets will be introduced. Then we will study the history of economic system and financial crisis as well as how financial innovation shaped our financial market nowadays. Finally, we will study Chinese financial markets, such as Banking system, Real Estate Market an

7、d financial innovations, and social security system in China. Through this course not only do you get exposed to many ways Economics and Finance are done but you will also be exposed to many fields, old and new, of Economics and Finance, many areas where it is applied, and many, many ways it is aliv

Students will also be required to

15、present on a topic of interest by group. Everyone is expected to attend and actively participate in all classes and seminars. The abstract of the talk, suggested readings, if any, and details on the speaker will be posted a week in advance so the students are expected to come prepared to the teaching content.Grade:Coursework 2*5%=10%Final Essay 50%Group Presentation 40%
