15、lyrehiredbyotherindustriesoftenforhigherwages.Currently,theunemploymentrateintheU.S.isquitelowbyhistoricalstandard.Atthesametime,Mexicohasbeenexperiencingamajoreconomicboom.ItseemsclearthatbothMexicoandtheU.S.havebenefitedfromNAFTA.Mr.Perotsconcernappearstohavebeenillfounded.8.In1995,aworkinggroupof

16、FrenchchiefexecutiveofficerswassetupbytheConfederationofFrenchIndustry(CNPF)andtheFrenchAssociationofPrivateCompanies(AFEP)tostudytheFrenchcorporategovernancestructure.Thegroupreportedthefollowing,amongotherthings“TheboardofdirectorsshouldnotsimplyaimatmaximizingsharevaluesasintheU.K.andtheU.S.Rathe
