More and more people are participating in interna
3、tional operations and related activities in a globally competitive environment. The global market and multinational companies will affect all enterprises, including those with operations in China. Enterprise managers therefore urgently need to comprehend transnational market ideas, rules, strategies
4、, and regulations. This course explores transnational business theory, knowledge, ideas, and methods and is a course that emphasizes both theory and ability. Through the study of this course, students will understand the concept of multinational companies, the impact on the development of the world
5、economy and the basic theories of multinational companies; master the knowledge and skills of transnational entry modes, transnational strategic alliances, internal trade, and cross-cultural management in transnational operations; master the knowledge and skills of multinational enterprise managemen
6、t such as multinational human resource management, multinational enterprise organization management, international marketing, corporate R & D internationalization, global operation, etc. This course aims to promote the international perspective of students, improve their intercultural awareness, and

During the teaching process, multimedia teaching is used flexibly, and teacher-student interaction is carried out by
10、 means of Q&A, Carry out heuristic teaching, ask questions for specific cases, and allow students to analyze.Seminar teaching: According to the teaching progress, students prepare case studies of corresponding theoretical content.
