4、them better at writing and abstract thinking which makes them better at numeracy and computing .Further more ,one of the heated discussion about these two kinds of students put weight on their opportunities of employment .It seems to be a indisputable fact that students of science and engineering ar

Women are surprised to find out that I know how to cook, to wash dishes, to do laundry, to iron my cloth, to sew, to clean the house, and I tell them that I got it from my father. My dad thinks that he is got to keep working to support all of us. I

11、t is amazing that when I see myself working until late night, sometimes even weekends and holidays, it is like seeing my father. One day I asked him, why at his age, 65 years old, does he still have to work so much. He replied, Because the day I die, I want to leave certain that your mother and all

12、of you will not be unsupported. My dad spent quality time with us too, and he proved to me that working hard is not an excuse to unattended the family. He make us enjoy every gathering and family time that we had. Undoubtedly, I am grateful to have my father as my mentor.Determination is one of my m

13、oms qualities that it is still hard for me to obtain. She always achieved whatever she proposed to get, and always finished any task she started. She says to me all the time, Dont be mediocre, no matter how long it takes, get it done. I am 38 years old, and I have the firmest intention to earn my ba

14、chelors degree, even if it takes more than the two years I have left. It is not only self pride, I am also doing it because of her. My mother has always been a woman of endless patience. It depends on what the job is, what kind of candidate you are looking for, what you expect out of the future employee and what you think is most important as an employer. A lot of employers automatically require their candidates

22、to have a four-year degree to fill their positions. However, is it always necessary? Can someone who has a good deal of work experience, but no degree fill that role as well? By placing this requirement in your job post, you may be missing out on a good deal of talent. What you should do before you

23、make an educational requirement is to ask yourself a few questions. What are the expected behaviors of this candidate? What abilities and knowledge must they posses? 36、 already buying. Its far less stressful than fighting with the crowds on a Saturday afternoon, time which can better spent with your family and friends, summer is coming where would you rather be? For a small charge its delivered to your door at a time that suits you, for the echo conscious this is

37、great too as one van takes 20 cars of the road. The more you use online shopping the easier it gets, you last shopping list will be stored and ready to reorder once you have made any adjustments you need.The Retail industry is no stranger to “creative destruction,” the economic process, coined by Jo

38、seph Shumpeter, of “industrial mutation” which “incessantly revolutionizes the economic structure from within, incessantly destroying the old one, incessantly creating a new one.”Many have heralded eCommerce as the next disruptive force that will recreate Retail by obliterating bricks-and-mortar sto

Indeed, for the last 15 years, the online onslaught of “store-less” titans like Amazon and Netflix have in fact decimated neighborhood icons like the bookstore, the record store and the DVD rental.However, as I haveargued before, the new “trend” in technology does not have to be simply destroy

40、and replace. Rather, when innovative leaders can cross-pollinate disruptive technologies into traditional industries, there can be evolution and not just revolution. This is precisely what is happening in Retail today. While the industry is certainly undergoing massive disruption, the transformation

41、 will not lead to just a pure virtual commerce existence. Rather, the strong benefits of online, which come mainly from digitization, will be married with the very human need for physical and local experiences to create a more efficient and more wonderful shopping experience. This is a win for the c

42、onsumer, and for the new breed of retailers that will digitize all aspects of their business but use this to understand and be where consumers shop. They will be able to better meet and exceed customer expectations and create a differentiating value proposition that leads to an overall better brand experience and longer term sustainable profitability.
