7、.2.2,5.2.4,6.3.1,8.3.1,10.3.4,11.3.5,12.3.4,14.2.2and14.3.3,whichshallbecompliedwithstrictly.Moreover,thepreviousversionoftheCodeofAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofSteelStructures(GB50205-95)andtheStandardofInspectionandAssesmentofConstructionQualityofSteelStructures(GB50221-95),aretobeabrogatedonth

8、esamedate.TheadministrationofthiscodeaswellastheexplanationofthemandatoryclausesinthisCodearetobepresidedoverbytheConstructionMinistry;theinterpretationofthespecifictechnicalcontentbytheGeneralArchitectureResearchInstituteofMetallurgyMinistry;andtheissue/publicationofthisCodejointlybytheStandard&Nor

9、mInstituteofConstructionMinistryandtheChinaPlanningPublishingHouse.TheConstructionMinistryofPRCJan.10,2002PrefaceThisCodewascompiledbyrevisingtheCodeofAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofSteelStructures(GB50205-95)andtheStandardofInspectionandAssesmentofConstructionQualityofSteelStructures(GB50221-95),

10、jointlybytheGeneralArchitectureResearchInstituteofMetallurgyMinistryandotherrelatedorganizations,andaccordingtotheNoticeontheIssueofthePlanofPreparingandRevisingtheConstructionStandardsduring2000-2001(DocumentNo.872001,issuedbytheConstructionMinistry).Duringtherevision,theteamresponsibleforthecompil

11、ecarriedoutextensivesurveys,andsummarizedthepracticalexperiencesontheacceptanceofconstructionqualityofsteelstructuresinChina,andtookthecurrentversionofthestatestandardoftheUniformStandardofAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofSteelStructures(GB50300)asthebasisandreviseditallsidedlyaccordingtotheguidelin

12、eof“performingtheinspectionandevaluationseparately,enhancingtheacceptance,perfectingthemethods/measures,andcontrollingtheprocedures”,andchangedthekeyitemsseveraltimes,andsoughtrecommendationswidelyfromtherelatedorganizationsandexpertsbyvariousways,andfinalizedthetextofthisCodeafterthefinalreview.Thi

13、scodeisdividedinto15chapters,includingGeneral,Terms,Symbols,BasicRequirements,AdmittanceofRawMaterialsandFinishedProducts,WeldingWork,ConnectionWorkofFasteners,ProcessingWorkofSteelPartsandCopperComponents,AssemblyWorkofSteelElements,TestAssemblingWorkofSteelElements,InstallationWorkofSingle-layerSt

14、eelElements,InstallationWorkofMultilayerorHighSteelElements,InstallationWorkofNet-typeSteelStructures,PreparationandInstallationWorkofMetalContourPlates,CoatingWorkofSteelStructures,AcceptanceofSubitem-worksofSteelStructures,and9appendixes.TheWorkofSteelStructuresisdividedinto10subitem-worksinprinci

15、ple,whicharepresentedinseparatechaptersrespectively.ThoughtheAdmittanceofRawMaterialsandFinishedProductsisntoneofthesubitem-works,itispresentedinoneindependentchapter,aimingatemphasizingandenhancingtheimportanceoftheadmittanceinspectionofrawmaterialsandfinishedproductsandthereforeensuringtheconstruc

16、tionqualitybycontrollingthequalityofthesource.Additionally,theAcceptanceofSubitem-worksofSteelStructuresisalsopresentedinanindependentchapterinordertoprovidefurtherconveniencefortheoperationoftheacceptanceofconstructionquality.ThisCodemayberevisedwherenecessaryinthefuture.Theinformationabouttherevis

Allrawmaterialsandfinishedproductstobeadoptedforconstructionshallbechecked/testedandacceptedbeforetheyenterconstr

44、uctionsite.Anyrawmaterialandfinishedproductrelatedtothesafetyandfunctionalityofsteelstructureshallberechecked/retestedaccordingtothisCode;moreover,thesamplinganddeliveringofsamplesshallbewitnessedbythesupervisionengineer(i.e.,thetechnicalchiefofclient).2. Thequalityofeveryworkingprocedureshallbecont

45、rolledaccordingtothetechnicalstandardforconstruction;furthermore,everyworkingprocedureshallbecheckedupontheircompletion.3.
