10、jointlybytheGeneralArchitectureResearchInstituteofMetallurgyMinistryandotherrelatedorganizations,andaccordingtotheNoticeontheIssueofthePlanofPreparingandRevisingtheConstructionStandardsduring2000-2001(DocumentNo.872001,issuedbytheConstructionMinistry).Duringtherevision,theteamresponsibleforthecompil
11、ecarriedoutextensivesurveys,andsummarizedthepracticalexperiencesontheacceptanceofconstructionqualityofsteelstructuresinChina,andtookthecurrentversionofthestatestandardoftheUniformStandardofAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofSteelStructures(GB50300)asthebasisandreviseditallsidedlyaccordingtotheguidelin
12、eof“performingtheinspectionandevaluationseparately,enhancingtheacceptance,perfectingthemethods/measures,andcontrollingtheprocedures”,andchangedthekeyitemsseveraltimes,andsoughtrecommendationswidelyfromtherelatedorganizationsandexpertsbyvariousways,andfinalizedthetextofthisCodeafterthefinalreview.Thi

15、ple,whicharepresentedinseparatechaptersrespectively.ThoughtheAdmittanceofRawMaterialsandFinishedProductsisntoneofthesubitem-works,itispresentedinoneindependentchapter,aimingatemphasizingandenhancingtheimportanceoftheadmittanceinspectionofrawmaterialsandfinishedproductsandthereforeensuringtheconstruc

Allrawmaterialsandfinishedproductstobeadoptedforconstructionshallbechecked/testedandacceptedbeforetheyenterconstr
44、uctionsite.Anyrawmaterialandfinishedproductrelatedtothesafetyandfunctionalityofsteelstructureshallberechecked/retestedaccordingtothisCode;moreover,thesamplinganddeliveringofsamplesshallbewitnessedbythesupervisionengineer(i.e.,thetechnicalchiefofclient).2. Thequalityofeveryworkingprocedureshallbecont
45、rolledaccordingtothetechnicalstandardforconstruction;furthermore,everyworkingprocedureshallbecheckedupontheircompletion.3.
