A: If you do, youll have a great time.5.听录音,完成2a, 并检查答案。6.听录音,完成2b 探究1 :if引导条件状语从句的用法 一:定义:状语从句在句子中起副词作用。它可以用来修饰主语中的动词、形容词、副词等。根据它表达的意思,状语从句可以分为时间状语
3、从句、地点状语从句、方式状语从句、原因状语从句、条件状语从句、比较状语从句、目的状语从句、结果状语从句和让步状语从句等。 其中条件状语从句在初中阶段是重点。由引导词if、unless(除非)或as long as (只要)引导的状语从句叫做条件状语从句。在英文中,条件是指某一件事情实现之后(状语从句中的动作),其它事情(主句中的动作)才能发生. 二:if引导的条件状语从句的用法 1、时态 1)如果主句用一般将来时(只能用will/shall+动词原形),从句只能用一般现在时代替一般将来时。即“主将从现” e.g. I wont go there with you if it rains tom
4、orrow. I will call you if he comes back next week. 如果他下周回来的话,我会给你打电话。 2)主句用含情态动词的句子,从句用一般现在时 e.g. Please call me if he is at home. You can make it if you work hard. 如果你努力学习,你就能成功。3)主句用祈使句,从句用一般现在时 Dont play for a long time if you want to pass the exam. 如果你想及格的话,就不要玩这么长时间。 Just stand up if you want t
5、o ask questions. 2、主从句的位置 大多数情况下,从句可以位于主句之前,也可以位于主句之后。不过从句在前时,主从句之间必须用逗号隔开。 e.g. Please tell me if he comes back. = If he comes back, please tell me. 3、if引导的条件状语从句的同义句转换“祈使句+and / or+简单句”这个句子结构有时可以替代从句和主句。其中and表示句意顺承;or则表示转折,意为“否则”。 e.g. 1. If you work harder, youll pass the exam. = Work harder, and
6、 youll pass the exam. 2. If you dont hurry up, youll miss the train. = Hurry up, or youll miss the train. 如果你不快点儿,你就会错过这趟火车。三、if的两面性 if引导条件状语从句时意为“如果”;如果引导宾语从句则意为“是否”,此时如果主句为一般现在时时,宾语从句根据实际情况该用什么时态就用什么时态。请比较: 1) We will go out if it is fine tomorrow. 此时if引导的是_从句,译为_2) I dont know if the train will a

I have a bad cold. 3. 表示“吃”、“喝”。 e.g. I want to have a cup of tea. Does she have lunch at home? 4. 组成复合结构即“have宾语宾语补足语”。 have sb. do sth.:表示让、叫某人做某事。 5. ha
