2、少用抽象的概念。同时，时态上一般都是一般过去时和一般现在时的结合。通知有两种，即口头通知和书面通知。口头通知要有称呼用语。如：在正式场合用的Ladies and gentlemen,对学生用的Boys and girls 等。书面通知的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT 标志。【谋篇布局】英语新闻报道（或评论）必须包含五个要素，即：时间（when），地点（where），人物（who），事件（what）以及原因（why）。通知通常包括三部分内容：1. 引起注意，表明目的；2. 主要内容（时间、地点以及内容等）；3. 邀请参加+注意事项。【常用词汇】新闻报道常用词汇1 .inf
