1、关于调整大学英语考试有关内容及增设修学俄语、日语考生免考大学英语条件的通知 来源：全国高校网络教育考试委员会 发布时间：2008-04-17 全国高校网络教育考试委员会文件网考委200603号各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅（教委），新疆生产建设兵团教育局，各现代远程教育试点高校，各考区办公室：根据2005年统考试点经验和高校网络教育外语教学有关情况，我委决定从2006年起调整大学英语考试有关内容，并增设修学俄语、日语考生免考大学英语的条件，具体如下：1取消大学英语听力部分考试鉴于传统成人教育的教学计划中不开设英语听力课程，试点高校网络教育亦多未开设英语听力课程，决定取消大学英语A、大学英语B和大学
2、英语C听力部分考试。2取消大学英语（A）口语部分考试。取消口语和听力部分的大学英语考试时间仍为120分钟，卷面成绩满分仍为100分，考试大纲规定的其他部分考试内容做题量和分值等的相应调整。3修学俄语、日语的学生可以参加大学英语C统考；也可以通过取得国家承认的俄语、日语考试合格证书，免除大学英语统考。具体如下： 专业外语为日语的学生，可参加大学英语C统考；也可以通过取得日本语能力测试（JLPT）三级或以上级别证书、或取得日语专业四级或八级证书的条件，免除大学英语统考。 公共外语为日语的学生，可参加大学英语C统考；也可以通过取得日本语能力测试（JLPT）四级或以上级别证书、或取得大学日语四级证书的
