1、2022年-2023年建筑工程管理行业文档 齐鲁斌创作电力监控备用电源管制策略一、低压供、配电系统形式变配电所每组2台变压器,低压侧两路市电电源分设主进断路器,采用单母线分段运行方式,设置母联断路器,两段母线互为备用,进线设置电压继电器(有触点给电力监控系统)。按负荷等级要求,低压设若干发电机电源母线段,平时由市电提供电源,当双路市电均失电或双变压器故障时,发电机电源经ATSE投入,发电机电源母线段的负荷一般均是双路电源,负荷统计时注意。每个变配电所对应一个发电机房,发电机起动后投入带载,供电设置电源总断路器(电动操作),馈电若干配电断路器。GA1、GA2为2台并机发电机组,其余发电机房均为单

2、台机组。二、备用电源管制策略1、单路市电电源失电或单台变压器故障时,由电力监控系统自动记忆统计失电前一时刻的负荷情况,并判断母联开关闭合后是否会出现过负荷(单台变压器额定电流详见系统图)。若会出现过负荷,则报警提示按约定原则人工或自动切除部分不重要负荷。约定按照普通空调负荷、餐饮商业电源原则分批切除,具体详见附表1。2、双路电源失电或双变压器故障时,启动发电机组,由电力监控系统自动记忆统计失电前一时刻发电机需带负荷的情况,并判断是否会出现首次加载过负荷(60%额定),若否,则发出“卸载”完成信号至发电机组;若会出现过负荷,发电机母线段上缓投负荷摘除(UPS负荷及EPS负荷),缓投负荷摘除成功后
