16、ai Tourism Centre GroupCo.,ltd were transfer to Sanya ABC through the courts of justice,and after obtained theshares in December 1998,Sanya ABC entrust wholly-owned subordinate enterpriseSanya Bank-Agriculture Industrial Development Corp.to hold the aforesaid shares,than the first majority sharehold
17、er of the Company comes to Sanya Bank-AgricultureIndustrial Development Corp.3.On 12 December 2000,the aforesaid equity was stripped to name of China GreatwallAssets Management Corporation,the first majority shareholder of the Company.4.On 19 September 2001,China Greatwall Assets Management Corporat
