For example, doctors believe that fruit and vegetables can
2、actually prevent many different diseases. On the other hand, animal fat can cause disease. We can improve our diet now and enjoy many years of healthy living. If you want to lead a healthy life then having a healthy balanced diet is the most important step which you need to take. If you want to lead
3、 a life which is full and filled with activity then you have to have this diet. Diet basically meals a plan for eating or the amount of food which a person eats either in a day or in a week. You will find that if your diet is very balanced and nutritious(有营养的)you will lead a very healthy and long li
4、fe. A balanced diet basically means that you have to have the correct amount of food and this has to be from all of the seven food groups. You cant have a single food and think that it will be able to provide you with all the nutrients(营养物). There are various advantages of having a healthy balanced
5、diet. For example, it increases the expectancy(预期)of your life. This is because you will be keeping your body as well as your heart very healthy. Then it also helps you to prevent any sort of long term illnesses or any illness which is chronic(难以治愈的). If you want to have a good body weight then your
6、 diet needs to be healthy. A healthy diet will help you to maintain(维持)the correct weight. By helping us to maintain good general health as well as a healthy weight, a healthful diet helps to improve our mood, mobility and thus our general quality of life. A healthy diet is important for children as
7、 well as adults. When adults have poor eating habits, their children usually do, too. After all, children eat the same way as their parents. When parents eat healthy food, the children will learn to enjoy it, too. Then they will develop good eating habits. Doctors advise parents to give their childr
