2、for more information and make more friends.ProceduresTeachers activitiesStudents activitiesPurposesStep 1:Warming-upIntroduce Doraemon, Da Xiong and their friends, creating a situation for the grammar of this class.Students look at the picture and get to know today is Da Xiongs first day to school a

3、nd he met a problem that he didnt know how to ask questions about new friends in English.Lead in Wh-questions and arouse students interest in this class.Step 2:Wh-questionsLearning 1. Ask students to listen to the conversation between Jing Xiang and Jian, and help to fill in the blanks with Da Xiong

4、.2. From the conversation, ask students to compare yes-no questions which they have learnt in primary school with wh-questions and then find out the rules of wh-questions. 3. Play a song for students which is about special interrogatives and then ask students to repeat them and make sentences for ea

5、ch interrogative. 4. Ask students to make dialogues according to the given information and transform sentences into wh-questions. 1. Students listen to the conversation and fill in the blanks with some key words related to Wh-questions.2. Students compare yes-no questions with wh-questions which bot

Help students to put what they have learnt into use. Step3:Indefinite Articles Learning 1. Show students Doraemon and

8、Da Xiongs conversation which contains a and an. 2. Show students some examples about indefinite articles and ask them to compare the examples and then conclude the rules for indefinite articles. 3. Show students the International Phonetic Alphabet and have a short review. 1. Students listen to the c

9、onversation and are exposed to the use of indefinite articles in the situation created by the teacher. 2. Students read the examples about indefinite articles and compare the examples and then conclude the rules by themselves. 3. Students review the International Phonetic Alphabet. 1. Situation lear
