3、oyer)together with such payment application.与上述事项相关联，指定分包商在申请相关分包工程的有关包含开办费的所有工程量的工程款时，须提交以下必须完成项已完成的相关证明资料（在以下1 至 10 项中只限于与自身工作内容相关的部分）。In case of nominated subcontractor,he shall submit the written confirmation and supporting document as specified,if applicable among items 1 to 10 below,which prov
