3、l.他身高1.85米。(1)1.85读作 one point eight five英语中小数点的读法:把小数点读作point, 小数点后的数词逐个读出。如:1.6 读作 one point six; (2) tall 形容词,意为“高的,高大的”。如:He is young and tall.他年轻,身材高大。【辨析】tall与hightall与high都是形容词,意思都是“高的”,但他们的起点不同。(1) tall指从低到顶的距离,指人的身高和细长事物的高度时用tall,反义词是short.(2) high指从地面到最高点,常用于物和空间的高度,也指海拔。【火眼金睛】用tall和High填空

5、容词.”来回答。如:How long is the river?这条河有多长?Its 4,000 metres long .4000米长。探究三:She s a bit short.她有点儿矮。a bit 意为“一点儿,稍微”。A bit修饰形容词或副词时,相当于a little,可以与a little互换;修饰不可数名词时应在a bit加介词of,而a little 可直接修饰不可数名词。如: There is a bit of /a little water. 有一点儿水。【火眼金睛】1:I feel _tired.Aa bit Ba bit of Cbit Da little bit2.
