1、地面辐射供暖技术规程JGJ 142-2004中华人民共和国行业标准地面辐射供暖技术规程Technical specification for floor radiant heatingJGJ 142-2004批准部门:中华人民共和国建设部实施日期:2004年10月1日第中华人民共和国建设部公告第257号建设部关于发布行业标准地面辐射供暖技术规程的公告本标准由建设部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。中华人民共和国建设部2004年8月5日刖B根据建设部建标2002 84号文的要求,标准编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考有关国 际标准和国外先进标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制
2、定了本规程。本规程主要技术内容是地面辐射供暖工程中的设计、材料、施工、检验、调试与验收等方面技术要求。本规程由建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释,由主编单位负责具体技术内容的解释。本规程主编单位:中国建筑科学研究院(地址:北京北三环东路30号;:100013)。本规程参加单位:中国建筑西北设计研究院北京市建筑设计研究院北京有色工程设计研究总院沈阳市华新国际工程设计顾问哈尔滨工业大学北京瑞迪北方暖通设备工程技术1应采用共用立管的分户独立系统形式。2热量表前应设置过滤器。3供暖系统的水质应符合现行国家标准工业锅炉水质GB 1576的规定。4共用立管和入户装置,宜设置在管道井内;管道井宜邻楼梯间或户
3、外公共空间。5每一对共用立管在每层连接的户数不宜超过3户。1在加热管与分水器、集水器的接合处,分路设置调节性能好的阀门,通过手动调节来控制室 内温度。2各个房间的加热管局部沿墙槽抬高至1.4m,在加热管上装置自力式恒温控制阀,控制室温 保持恒定。3在加热管与分水器、集水器的接合处,分路设置远传型自力式或电动式恒温控制阀,通过各 房间内的温控器控制相应回路上的调节阀,控制室内温度保持恒定。调节阀也可内置于集水器中。采用电 动控制时,房间温控器与分水器、集水器之间应预埋电线。3.9 发热电缆系统的设计(3.9. 1)(3.9. 1)S = &xiOOOq式中SPz二储由颜布线间距3发热电缆线性功率

6、规定1设计施工图纸和有关技术文件齐全;2有较完善的施工方案、施工组织设计,并已完成技术交底;3施工现场具有供水或供电条件,有储放材料的临时设施;4 土建专业已完成墙面粉刷(不含面层),外窗、外门已安装完毕,并已将地面清理干净;厨房、卫生 间应做完闭水试验并经过验收;5相关电气预埋等工程已完成。,通风良好和干净的库房内;与热源距离应保持在1m以上。应防止因环境温度和物理压力受到损害。;在低于0的环境下施工时,现场应采取升温措施。5.2 绝热层的铺设低温热水系统加热管的安装1用固定卡将加热管直接固定在绝热板或设有复合面层的绝热板上;2用扎带将加热管固定在铺设于绝热层上的网格上;3直接卡在铺设于绝热
7、层外表的专用管架或管卡上;4直接固定于绝热层外表凸起间形成的凹槽内。1在与内外墙、柱等垂直构件交接处应留不间断的伸缩缝,伸缩缝填充材料应采用搭接方式连接,搭接宽度不应小于10mm;伸缩缝填充材料与墙、柱应有可靠的固定措施,与地面绝热层连接应紧 密,伸缩缝宽度不宜小于10mm。伸缩缝填充材料宜采用高发泡聚乙烯泡沫塑料。2当地面面积超过30 nf或边长超过6m时,应按不大于6m间距设置伸缩缝,伸缩缝宽度不应小于8mm。伸缩缝宜采用高发泡聚乙烯泡沫塑料或内满填弹性膨胀膏。3伸缩缝应从绝热层的上边缘做到填充层的上边缘。5.3 发热电缆系统的安装填充层施工1发热电缆经电阻检测和绝缘性能检测合格;2所有伸
8、缩缝已安装完毕;3加热管安装完毕且水压试验合格、加热管处于有压状态下;4温控器的安装盒、发热电缆冷线穿管已经布置完毕;5通过隐蔽工程验收。5.4 面层施工1水泥砂浆、混凝土地面;2瓷砖、大理石、花岗岩等地面;3符合国家标准的复合木地板、实木复合地板及耐热实木地板。1施工面层时,不得剔、凿、害h钻和钉填充层,不得向填充层内楔入任何物件;2面层的施工,必须在填充层到达要求强度后才能进行;3石材、面砖在与内外墙、柱等垂直构件交接处,应留10mm宽伸缩缝;木地板铺设时,应留 不小于14mm的伸缩缝。伸缩缝应从填充层的上边缘做到高出装饰层上外表1020mm,装饰层敷设完毕 后,应裁去多余局部。伸缩缝填充
9、材料宜采用高发泡聚乙烯泡沫塑料。5.5 卫生间施工6检验、调试及验收6.1 一般规定1管道、分水器、集水器、阀门、配件、绝热材料等的质量;2原始地面、填充层、面层等施工质量;3管道、阀门等安装质量;4隐蔽前、后水压试验;5管路冲洗;6系统试运行。1发热电缆、温控器、绝热材料等的质量;2原始地面、填充层、面层等施工质量;3隐蔽前、后发热电缆标称电阻、绝缘电阻检测;4发热电缆安装;5系统试运行。6.2 施工方案及材料、设备检查1工程概况;2施工节点图、原始地面至面层的剖面图、伸缩缝的位置等;3主要材料、设备的性能技术指标、规格、型号等及保管存放措施;4施工工艺流程及各专业施工时间计划;5施工、安装
10、质量控制措施及验收标准,包括:绝热层铺设、加热管安装、填充层、面层施工质量,水压试验(电阻测试和绝缘测试),隐蔽前、后综合检查,环路、系统试运行调试,竣工验收等;6施工进度计划、劳动力计划;7平安、环保、节能技术措施。6.3 施工安装质量验收1绝热层的厚度、材料的物理性能及铺设应符合设计要求;2加热管或发热电缆的材料、规格及敷设间距、弯曲半径应符合设计要求,并应可靠固定;3伸缩缝应按设计要求敷设完毕;4加热管与分水器、集水器的连接处应无渗漏。5填充层内加热管不应有接头。表一1管道安装工程施工标准及允许偏差序工程条件技术要求允许偏差 (niin)1绝热层接合无缝隙 厚度 + 102加热管安装间距
