1、 邀请信 邀请信包括宴会、婚礼、比赛或某个具体的活动等各种邀请信件，要求叙事一定要清楚明白，要写清三个方面的内容：一、邀请对方参加活动的具体内容、时间和地点 二、邀请对方的原因 三、期待对方接受邀请。 发出邀请 说明事由 说明活动内容 期待回复注意：1.要将活动的时间、地点、场合写清楚，不能使收件人存在任何疑虑 2.选用恰当语气，如写给朋友，可选用活泼真诚的言辞，如写给长辈、上级、名人等，语言则应正式礼貌。例一：假如你是李华，你校将在 12 月 9 日在学校大操场为你们高三学生举办成人仪式（grown-up ceremony），你的美国朋友 John 对此类活动很感兴趣，请你发一封电子邮件邀请
