Get them to tell their feeling about different kinds of food. Ask: What do you think are good eating habits? What will happen if we dont have
5、 good habits? Conclusion: Every day we have food. Food makes us feel full and happy and it also helps to build our bodies. But have you ever thought what you eat is junk food or healthy food?
