This document is organized on basis of International Protective Coatings Products Data Sheets. It is composed of additional regulations and the detail descriptions in the abov
3、e documents mentioned, and therefore is not to be the substitute of the approved specifications. Surface Preparation 表面处理4.1 Steelwork preparation 钢结构处理In order to provide surfaces which will ensure optimum paint perfor
12、mance, prior to blast cleaning, weld defects such as pinholes and discontinuities shall be repaired. Sharp edges and flame-cut edges shall be reduced to R=2mm by grinding. Welds shall be smooth and free of all weld slag and weld spatter. 为了保证涂料发挥最性能,钢结构表面在喷砂前,电焊缺陷例如气孔和不连续焊等要修正好。锐边和火焰切割边缘打磨到半径R2mm。焊缝
13、要光顺没有焊渣飞溅等。4.2 Degreasing 除油Prior to blasting, all deposits of grease or oil or other foreign contaminants must be removed from the surface in accordance with SSPC-SP1 “Solvent Cleaning”.喷砂前,油脂或其它外来污染物要根据SSPC-SP1“溶剂清洗”法清除。4.3 Abrasives 磨料Blasting abrasives shall be dry, clean and free from contamina
14、nts, which will not be detrimental to the performance of the coating. Abrasives used must meet specified requirements as ISO 11126 1-8 and will be tested according to ISO 11127 1-7. Beach sand shall not be used. 喷射用磨料要干燥,清洁无杂物,不能对涂料的性能有影响。所选用的磨料应当符合ISO 11126 1-8的规定,并根据ISO 11127 1-7进行测试。河砂将不得用于喷砂使用。S
15、ize of abrasive particles for blast cleaning shall be such that the prepared surface profile height (anchor pattern profile) is in accordance with the requirements for the applicable coating system. The surface profile shall be graded in accordance with ISO 8503. To reach Rz 40-75mm, we recommend co
16、pper slag size 10/30 mesh. 磨料的大小要能够产生规定涂料系统要求的粗糙度。表面粗糙度级别根据ISO8503进行评估。要达到 粗糙度Rz4075微米,我们推荐的铜矿渣粒径为1030目。Size of abrasive particles for blasting cleaning shall be such that the prepared surface profile height (anchor pattern profile) is in accordance with the requirements for the applicable Coating s
17、ystem. Blast cleaning shall leave surfaces with a dense, uniform, angular anchor pattern. Steel grits and shots size should be 0.8-1.0 mm. Abrasives for shot blasting should consist of 70% of 0.8-1.0 mm diameter steel shots and 30% of 0.8-1.0 mm chilled steel grits, the angle steel grits should be a
18、dded regularly to ensure all surfaces received the irregular anchor pattern. The abrasives shall be stored in dry warehouse, not in outdoors field, if not rainwater, fog etc will get damp and not be used. No recycling of the used of non-metallic abrasive is allowed unless expressly approved by Engin
19、eer on site. Recycled steel abrasives shall conform to SSPC-AB2 “Specification for Cleanliness of Recycled Metallic Abrasives”.磨料的尺寸大小要能够产生规定涂层系统所要求的粗糙度。冲砂后钢板表面应产生一个密集的,一致的, 有棱角的锚链状外观。钢丸和钢砂的尺寸应在1.0 mm,抛丸处理用磨料应由70%的0.8-1.0mm大小的钢丸和30% 的混合组成,考虑损耗适当定期添加新的钢 砂钢丸来保证钢材表面的粗糙度。磨料应储存在干燥的,通风的库房中,不能放在露天的场地上,不然 雨
20、水、雾等会使磨料变潮湿而不能使用。若使用非金属磨料,建议使用铜矿渣,并且不能循环使用,除 非得到现场工程师的认可。4.4 Blasting 喷砂Compressed air used for blasting must be clean, oil free and dry. The pressure should be at least 7kg/cm2 at nozzle. During the blasting operation care must be taken to prevent the possibility of oil and/or water to contaminate
21、the blasted surface. Compressors must accordingly be fitted with efficient oil and water traps.喷砂时注意防止油和或水对喷砂后钢材表面的污渍。空压机必须安装油水分离器。用于喷砂使用的压缩空气必须清洁干燥,无油脂。喷口压力至少在7kg/cm2。The surface to be coated shall be clean, dry, free from oil/grease, and have the specified roughness and cleanliness until the first
22、 coat is applied. All dust must be removed completely. The quantity of dust shall be less than Rating 3 according to ISO 8502-3.喷砂后准备涂漆的钢材表面要清洁、干燥,无油脂,保持粗糙度和清洁度直到第一度漆喷涂。所有灰尘要求彻底清理,根据ISO85023灰尘量要小于3级。Grits, dust and other contamination must be cleaned after blasting.喷砂处理后的砂粒、灰尘和其它杂物,必须清除。Coatings sha
23、ll be applied within 4hours of surface preparation and/or before rust bloom occurs. Should visible rusting occur or the cleaned surface becomes wet or otherwise contaminated, the surface shall be re-cleaned to the degree previously required.表面处理后4个小时内,钢材表面在返黄前,就要涂漆。如果钢材表面有可见返锈现象,变湿或者被污染,要求重新清理到前面要求的
24、级别。4.5 Power tool cleaning 动力工具打磨清理Power tool cleaning is based on the surface perpetration of repairing of small area damaged area. 动力工具清理主要用于小面积的涂层修补的基层表面处理施工。The damaged or rusted areas(due to welding, cutting, mechanical bump or hot work and the30-50mm around)shall be grinded to St3 as described
25、 in ISO8501-1:1988.The detailed description is: visually observe the surface without magnifying, no oil or contaminations should be found, almost no loose mile scale, rust, old coating or foreign objects can be found. The surface should be of substrate metallic gloss. 对损坏及锈蚀部分(焊接处、切割边、预装机械碰撞、校正及周围30

28、Stripe Coating 预涂Stripe coating is an essential part of good working practice, and as such should form part of any painting works. The number and sequence of stripe coats are highlighted in the detailed product specification sheets. Stripe coats are applied to areas where it is difficult to get the

All
30、welding seams, back of bars, edges of cut outs, scallops, plate edges and other places with too low film thickness shall be stripe coated before application of the next coat.在每一度漆喷涂之前,必须用新的或清洁干净的刷子进行预涂。所有的焊缝、切口边缘、扇形口、钢板边缘和其它漆膜低的地方,都要在喷涂下道漆前预涂好。First stripe coat must be applied by brush to obtain acc
31、eptable penetration of the surface and to avoid air entrapment. To further improve penetration of high solid paints, thinning of first stripe coat may be advantageous. 第一度预涂必须使用刷子使涂料能渗透进表面并防止空气的截留。为了帮助高固体份涂料的渗透性,第一度预涂可以适当稀释。5. General Requirements of Painting 涂装施工总体要求Prior to any work being carried
32、out there are a number of conditions which must be met.在工作开始前,现场必须达到一定的工作条件。5.1 Compressor air system 压缩空气All compressor air system must be good equipped and with good conditions. The compressor air is dry, cleaning.所有压缩空气系统设备必须安装良好并具备良好的性能,压缩空气必须清洁、干燥。5.2 Paint Storage Facility 涂料的贮存Certain paint p
33、roducts have a minimum or maximum storage temperature and facilities should be made available to store the materials at the correct temperature prior to mixing and application.涂料的贮存有最低和最高温度条件。施工前和施工中,必须搭建起设施保证涂料在正确的温度条件下贮存。5.3 Working conditions 油漆施工环境All areas to be painted should be easily accessi
34、ble and adequate working light provided. Adequate working light has an intensity of 500-1000 lux. Under closed or confined working conditions, ample ventilation must be provided. 油漆施工环境必须满足方便施工并有充足的照明,油漆施工环境的光照度应达到500-1000 lux,于封闭和受限空间内的涂装施工,还必须保证该环境充分的通风。5.4 Climate Condition 环境条件Temperature of sub
35、strate: To avoid condensation and subsequent detachment, the surface temperature should above the dew point 3.基层表面温度:为避免表面凝露而导致后道涂层脱落,构件的表面温度应高于露点温度3Ambient temperature: In general, the paint application temperature is between 5-40, for the different paint, the application temperature will vary depe
36、nding on generic type of paint, the details requirements is indicated in Product Data sheet.环境温度:总体上,油漆适宜的涂装温度为5-40,对于不同的油漆,由于其所属类型不同,具体请参阅该产品说明书。Relative Humidity: Paints perform best when applied below 85% relative Humidity. 相对湿度:油漆涂层适宜的相对湿度应低于85。5.5 Application method 施工方法l Airless spray 无气喷涂The

Coatings Application 油漆施工6.1 Application of Interseal 670HS 底表面处理环氧漆施工A two component, low VOC, high solids, surface tolerance epoxy paint, thinner
39、 is GTA220.Interseal670HS does not normally require thinning, but in extreme circumstances, the addition of 5%10% of thinner GTA220 can be used to aid application for airless spraying. Thinning ratio will be adjusted according to temperature, spray pump pressure.本品为高固体含量的双组分低表面处理环氧树脂防锈漆,稀释剂为GTA220,通
40、常不需要进行稀释,但由于喷涂泵老化情况和压力比或现场的温度的影响,适当加入溶剂有助于施工。无气喷涂时参考稀释比为5% - 10%。6.1.1 Mixing 混合Mixing ratio Part A : Part B = 5.67:1 (by volume)Material is supplied in two containers as a unit. Always mix a complete unit in the proportions supplied. Once the unit has been mixed it must be used within the working p
41、ot life specified.(1) Agitate Base (Part A) with a power agitator.(2) Combine entire contents of Curing Agent (Part B) with Base (Part A) and mix thoroughly with power agitator. 混合比 A 组分1(体积比)涂料分两个包装,记着一定要按比例混合一套涂料,一套涂料混合好后,必须在规定的混合使用寿命内用完。先使用机械搅拌器搅拌A组分,把全部的固化剂倒入基料A组分,机械搅拌均匀。6.1.2 Thinning 稀释Thinnin
42、g with GTA 220 ratio will be adjusted according to temperature, spray pump pressure. The excess thinning will affect coats performance i.e. sags. When other application methods are used, the required film build is unlikely to be achieved.
