7、iontechnicalexchanges,toimprovetheproductquality,developnewproducts,andgainacompetitivepositionintheworldmarketinqualityandpricebyadoptingadvancedandappropriatetechnologyandscientificmanagementmethods,soastoraiseeconomicresultsandensuresatisfactoryeconomicbenefitsforeachcooperator.(note:thisarticles

14、tothejointventurearticle14partyaandpartybshallberespectivelyresponsibleforthefollowingmatters:responsibilitiesofpartya:handlingofapplicationsforapproval,registration,businesslicenseandothermattersconcerningtheestablishmentofthecooperativeventurecompanyfromrelevantdepartmentsinchargeofchina;processin
15、gtheapplicationfortherighttotheuseofasitetotheauthorityinchargeoftheland;organizingthedesignandconstructionofthepremisesandotherengineeringfacilitiesofthecooperativeventurecompany;assistingpartybtoprocessimportcustomsdeclarationforthemachineryandequipmentcontri butedbypartybasinvestmentandarrangingthetransportationwithinthechineseterritory;assistingthecooperativeventurecompanyinpurchasingorleasingequipment,materials,rawmaterials,articlesforofficeuse,meansoftransportationandcommunicationfacilitiesetc.; 第 5 页 共 5 页
