4、 of the new lesson.Teaching periodPart One Warming Up任务所飞航班计划签到起飞前在规定的时间内到航班调度部门在乘务员所执行的航班上签名或在电脑上确以。准备会飞行前按规定的时间参加由乘务长组织的航前乘务组会,主要内容:复习航线机型知识、分工、了解业务通知、制定服务方案和客舱安全紧急脱离预案。机组会飞行前一天由机长召集,机组成员及带班乘务长参加会议。主要内容:汇报各工种准备情况,听取机长的有关要求等。供应品为旅客和机组配备的航班上需要的物品的总称。回收将机上剩余的供应品等清点后放入规定餐箱、餐车内,铅封好并填好回收单的工作过程。操作分离器将飞机客

8、个国际航班为例。这天这个航班的起飞时间是晚上21点00分,围绕这个时间,最后的准备工作这样依次展开:下午17点,离起飞还有四个小时,所有机组人员均已到达出勤楼。由于他们已经提前在前一天进行了详细的航前协作,就是由机长召集全体机组成员进行航前准备。内容包括航路天气、飞行中有关注意事项等,因此,这时候只要领取护照和飞行资料,就可以立刻前往候机楼办理过关手续。这就是正文提到的空客A380,其翼展超过800平方米,宽敞的机舱分为上下两层。客舱机组使用的公务普通护照这是从广州到洛杉矶航程近12小时的国际航班,又是中国航空公司首次使用世界最大客机A380飞国际航线,因此为本次航班的机组阵容也很强大,包括飞

9、行机组5人、客舱机组25人,另外还有2名机务人员担任随机保障。由于人数众多,这天动用了三辆中巴车才把全部机组人员送往候机楼。客舱机组根据之前飞国内航线早已形成的默契,分配在上舱和下舱的成员分开坐车,而上舱乘务长和主任乘务长上车后还有一个手册上没有的职责,那就是清点自己区域的人数,确认人员全部到齐才开车。17:50,机组人员到达候机楼。18:20,机组进入客舱,当时这架飞机刚刚完成北京到广州的航班任务,地面保障人员早已在客舱里忙开了,比如客舱清洁工作。而机组成员一放下飞行包也马上开始了各自的工作。机务人员首先对每个座椅都进行了检测,确保旅客在近12个小时的航程中能够欣赏到娱乐节目。19:00,机

10、务部门完成对客舱所有设施的检查维护工作。机务人员在检查驾驶舱因为是首航,机场安检部门为这个航班准备了由17名安检员组成的工作组。他们上了飞机后,首先和机场安检部门取得联系,为航前的安保检查进行了有效分工。负责配送餐饮食品的是航食部门,他们面对这架可以容纳87辆餐车的世界最大客机,也是想尽了办法,合理利用每一个空间和储物柜放置全部物品,也叫机供品。航食部门一位师傅说,虽然保障过之前的国内航班任务,但国际远程航班需要的物品和航食数量远远超过以往任何一个航班,他们光是配餐车就派出了四辆。19:22,所有机供品摆放完毕,航食部门撤离飞机。航食部门撤离飞机,乘务员关闭机舱门这时候,清洁部门也把上一个航班
