Luckily the doctor came in time. He was saved. 3.辨析 _ (to) 强调听的动作,不及物动词,常与t
3、o搭配接宾语 e.g. We should listen to the teachers carefully in class. _ 强调听的结果,意为“听见” e.g. I hear something noisy. 4. fight _ 为事业、自由、权利而斗争 e.g. They are fighting for freedom. _为反对.而斗争 e.g. They fought against the enemy. _ 同.打架 e.g. Dont fight with him! 5.必须 _ 有人称和数的变化,表示客观上要做的事 e.g. There are no buses an
4、d he has to go to home on foot. _ 情态动词,无人称和数的变化,表示说话人的主观看法,即认为有责任或义务去做某事e.g. You must be on time. 6.practice 是美式写法,英式写法是practise. 其后可接名词、代词或动名词做宾语,即:practice _ sth.e.g. He practices playing the piano every day. 7.before prep. 其后可接名词、代词的宾格形式等。在主句和从句的主语一致的情况下,before后可接v.-ing. conj. 其后连接的是一个句子。 e.g. Hi

Please tell me about it before you leave.8.辨析 _ 表示“忘了,落下;留在;离开”,常与地点状语连用。 _表示忘记某物/事,常表示“遗忘,记不起”,不与地点状语连用。 e.g. I forgot his phone number. e.g. I left my homework at home. 9. be strict _ sb. 对某人严格要求 e.g. He is
6、very strict with his children. _ sth. 对某事要求严格 e.g. She is always strict in her work.10. remember _ sth. “记得去做某事”,事情还没有做e.g. Remember to lock the door. _ sth. “记得做过某事”,事情已做 e.g. I remember locking the door.11. keep的用法 keep作连系动词,其后接形容词,表示“保持某种状态” e.g. You must keep quiet in the library. keep作使役动词,“kee

I have to keep my hair short. “keep + 名词/代词 + 介词短语”表示“让某人一直待在某地” e.g. Keep him in the room until he gets well. keep sb. doing sth.”表示“让某人继续/不断地做某事” e.g. He kept me waiting for an hour. keep sb./sth. from doing sth.

Be型 e.g. Be quiet,please. Let型 e.g. Lets go! 否定结构 Dont型 Let sb. not do sth. e.g. Let him not go out.
